Grande Pizza & Family Restaurant

I ordered for delivery. I ordered a steak and cheese hoagie with lettuce and tomato and onions and peppers. With sweet potato fries. The hoagie, I couldn't find the cheese. And everything on the hoagie was diced. The fries were mushy. Little disappointed.

We grab takeout from here once in a while. The last few times though the food has been, I'll be nice, not good.

Tonight for example. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 apps, was told roughly 45 mini to pickup. We got to the restaurant tonight, by the clock in the car and on the cellphone, at the right time. I pay my bill and get handed cold and soggy pizza boxes.

We get home, both pizzas are borderline warm to cold AND both apps were the same way, we live maybe a 15 mini drive, not ANYWHERE near far enough for what should have been fresh and hot food. Typically when you pick up takeout, the containers also have some condensation if the food is cooked fresh and hot, somehow our fried ravioli and broccoli bites, their containers were dry as a bone, almost as if the apps were precooked, left in hotel pan on the line, and tossed in containers for to go orders.

If you order ANY amount of takeout from a restaurant, you should NOT have to go home and re-cook everything just to be able to eat, especially when the wait is 45 mini.

The only other explanation is that the people taking orders are NOT communicating properly with the kitchen to give accurate times.

Probably the last time we'll be ordering from here, because include the last time this happened, part of order was wrong too along with cold food, and a restaurant that doesn't address issues you bring up...doesn't build confidence in returning...

Ordered the fettuccine alfredo, and it was very bad, the noodles were over done and the sauce tasted very bad, it was also very dry, and it was pretty expensive so I was disappointed, the 2 ladies that were at the checkout were super nice though

This is a family owned business. The minute you walk in, they know who you are and how you like your order. If you like wine or beer they are already getting the beverage poured for you. The family is friendly and welcoming. All the Italian specialties are delicious. What I like the most...it feels like family. You are treated like family. Go to any other restaurant and you are just another customer.

We tried Grande for the first time and we weren't disappointed. Everyone enjoyed their meal. It was a busy night but our server was still attentive. Prices were affordable. We'll visit again.

On Friday, January 31st, I ordered a white broccoli cheese pizza, fish with fries, and shrimp with fries and two different orders of wings. Mango habanero and garlic parm. The order was placed at 5:31 PM, the girl that answered the phone assured me that the food would arrive within an hour. Although the estimated time passed, we didn't receive our order. We called the restaurant, and the young girl that answered the phone explained that they were running behind schedule and the food was on the way. We waited another hour, but our food still hadn't arrived. We called again, inquiring about the status of our order and wondering if the driver was lost. The girl asked for our address, placed us on hold briefly, and then assured us that our food was leaving the restaurant. By this point, we were irritated and hungry. Our food finally arrived at 7:50 PM, which was disappointing considering we live only a few miles from the restaurant. When the delivery arrived, the driver (Same girl from phone) apologized for the delay, and I tipped her $10 despite feeling that the service didn't warrant it. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The pizza was dry, with an overpowering broccoli flavor and minimal toppings. The fish was plain, and the shrimp was mediocre at best. The fries were soggy and lacked crispiness. The wings were an absolute disappointment. The wings were dry and had almost no sauce on them. Overall, my experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Although I didn't request a refund or call to complain, I intend to write a review to share my experience with others.

My mom and I love coming here after work for lunch! We love all of the staff and the cooks are great! Good prices, cozy atmosphere and yummy food! Definitely a great choice especially in the summer, if you enjoy eating outside. They have outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

One of my clients picked this place for lunch and I ordered the chicken cheesesteak. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and the place was nice and spacious. I was greeted and the nice lady took my pay and I left. When I dug in the sandwich was pretty good. All in all Inhad a good experience.

Seriously one of the best wait staffs in the area. Went in for some wing bites and hoagies everything came out super quick and was very good! Every time I come here the wait staff is on point, they work in tandem to get everything out and everyone is very friendly!
