Absolutely disgusted with my food from Sonic. Was there end of November have reached out to sonic customer service multiple times about it looking like they dumped the bacon grease onto my burgers. Dark brown grease just dripping and plastered to the wrapper. Cold tots, cold mozzarella sticks, overly greasy. It took forever like my food was being cooked fresh but after getting it I highly doubt it was cooked fresh at all. Was supposed to get a call from management but never had any follow up. I want my meal comped and I will NEVER be coming back to the Morgantown location again. It was good when they reopened but i don't know what the hell happened. Disappointing..

6 minutes from button push for them to take order, then 10 minutes for a #5 and tots to come out. Tots were barely warm and I’ve never seen such horrible burger patties. Took the burger back and showed the carhop it was charred, dry, and literally snapped/crumbled. Had a replacement in a couple minutes and went back to my vehicle and bacon was charred and cold. Been years since I’ve been here, should have gone to any of the neighboring fast food places. Won’t ever be back.

Waited over 10 minutes not to even get service. Ended up leaving and going to another place to eat. Won’t recommend this Sonic location. It sucks I can’t even give them a 0 star review. If I could I would.
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and I’m not even exaggerating. Spent $31 on food that was inedible. Waited 20 full minutes at the drive thru window after ordering, “for onion rings”. When the food finally came out, I realized we only had 4 of the 5 chicken strips in our order, to be told they “ran out” and it’d be “another 10 minutes for them to make more”. So instead of making them fresh while the onion rings took 20 min to make (🙄), they were just going to short the order without saying anything? Then when we got home, 2 of the 4 chicken strips weren’t even fully cooked. The onion rings were a joke - half were burnt and even though we had paid for 2 separate orders we only had enough for really 1 order. The corn dogs were undercooked and still had raw batter inside. We will never eat here again and I suggest you don’t waste your time or money either based on all the other recent 1 star reviews too (wish I had checked them before we went).

Had the worst experience here Sep. 23, 2024. First off the person taking the order doesn't listen when you are talking. I had to keep repeating myself. Second I ordered three meals and three soda we wanted they didn't have. Third we had to wait forever at the pay window for our food. Then fourth after we ate it all three of us had diarrhea the rest of the day/night. Awful
Paid for food with cash and the girl said she would be right back with my change and never came back. I was also missing a sandwich from my order, I pushed the services button to inform her and she turned it off twice. Very poor customer service.

Staff is always rude and unprofessional. Often out of stock of advertised products. Drive-up stalls and dining area is often closed. Bathrooms always dirty. Insane wait times.

Today 09/09/2024 at 6:00pm boyfriend and I Stopped in tonight to get food, went up to the pull windows pushed the button and nothing sat there for 10 minutes waiting to order. And nothing. Then went through drive through and sat there for another 10 minutes. The fact that you have to sit there for so long before someone services you is ridiculous! You need better staff that actually want to work and not stand around and do nothing. One guy outside literally cleaning the bathroom while people are in line. And then another one out by her car when they both should’ve been inside taking and cooking orders. It’s a JOB not a social place and do whatever you want.

SHORT - I can't comment on the food in this particular situation because I never did get it. It was almost 10PM. The place the was open, we checked online just in case, it was open until 11PM so I ordered online. I paid and got to the spot to wait for our food. Staff present noticed we were there, said something indicating they knew were were customers and shortly after, left the scene. Turns out they were the only staff present so we paid for a meal we never got. Horrible experience of course, not going back, that experience soured it for me.

Good for a stop after French Creek. Really enjoyed the food! Had the $1.99 menu and was impressed for the cost!! Everyone else complaining just doesn’t understand fast food expectations. They’re short staffed cut them a break. Be nice, you might get extras!

The staff is friendly, which is why I've never made complaints about isolated incidents. But the drink equipment at this location must be grossly mismanaged. I have not had a limeade or a soft drink with an appropriate amount of syrup in it in over two years. It's so disappointing - I've loved Sonic since I was a kid, and the drinks are not inexpensive!!! I've also been served room temperature food more than once in the last couple of months, which makes me nervous to take my own kids to eat here. Please do better!

Have had a few bad experiences lately, but kept giving it a try because they seem to be understaffed. Once, we got drinks with no ice and they didn't say anything, we noticed when we had already left. This last visit my husband waited about 45 minutes for our food and when they finally brought out the food they told him they were out of the toppings for our ice cream.

Worst experience of my entire life. Order ahead online because I don't have a long lunch break from work. Sat for 50 additional minutes, pressed the button 4 times and was still ignored. Lost my wages and wasted my money here on cold food. Not even offered a refund when they offered it to both people next to me.
