I generally love Rita's and frequented this location often. Recently when I realized I had a free treat available after ordering a large, the manager on duty said he would .not be able to give me the large that was made by a server even though I offered to pay the difference in price and had the server make a whole new regular size order. As I sat in my car I watched him take my large size order which he had put in the back room and give it to someone in the car. Poor service...read full review
