Staff was friendly and food was God as well
A couple days ago I went to Popeyes to relieve my hunger after my 10 hour shift. While I was trying to order my food this employee who went by the name “ishaka” was taking my order. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude while taking my order to the point where I left the store and didn’t even order. She was being extremely difficult and even said something in her native language under her breath which seemed offensive.
The Best Service They Have In Philly
Fastest & best service we’ve ever had at a Popeyes — love coming here! This has been the go to spot to order from for the NBA Playoffs this year with the boys!
Best Popeyes location in the tri state area!!
Never had something like this before
The absolute best
My biggest issue is the workers. They all have nasty attitudes for no reason my visit was 11/29/25 at 530 pm. If they don’t like their job they should find another one!

Parking: I love that the handicap parking spot is right in front of the door. Since I use a cane I don't have to walk far.

This store needs new employees. Came here to pick up a mobile order and when I walked in the manager was yelling at a young employee in the dining area for trying to walk out. He looked frustrated. I waited in line for a few minutes and when it was my turn I told the lady behind the register who was wearing a hijab that I was there for a mobile order and told her the name. She just gave me a dirty look and turned back to the food to keep bagging orders up.
I thought she was getting my stuff and would let me know when it was ready. After waiting for about 5 minutes I became impatient and started checking bags that were on the counter and found my order sitting there. I said, "oh my order is right here, why didn't you just tell me?" No response, didn't even look at me.
Look, I get it if you're miserable and hate your job, but that's not an excuse to ignore customers. Either do better or get another job that you don't hate as much. Maybe one where you don't have to interact with people if you really can't stand the general public that much. I'm sure you can easily find a job as a custodian or something where you can just listen to music all day and ignore everyone. The rest of us who try to be courteous to others will thank you, and you'll be less stressed out. It's a win-win

I am disappointed with Popeyes. I love their beans, but it appears that they added to much water that diluted the flavor.

The Fries are soaked in grease & they shoot oil when you bite into them and nobody there likes to work except the manager.
