Great food but I would rather order my food online instead of having to order over the phone. Even when the online ordering website did work it didn't include ordering wings just the other food items. Sometimes it's hard to understand the person over the phone when the place is loud.
The quality of the food has decreased, drastically. Their ‘French Dip’ consists of 2 slices of beef lunch meat and a little slice of cheese. The food temp is typically not hot, particularly the fries, sides, soup. They recently started charging full price for a side when upgrading chips for Mac and Cheese, for instance.
