Every aspect of our dining experience was good - friendly hostess, good food, and friendly, knowledgeable waitress.

Bravo in the Galleria can always be counted on to provide a pleasant dining experience. We had a very thoughtful and helpful server. Two of our party had the Eggplant Parmigiana: one really liked the eggplant and one really liked the pasta. One had a pizza Sicilian which was OK but not outstanding. He was expecting a more traditional pizza. The fourth guest enjoyed the Strawberry Chicken salad.

The food is consistently good. The menu has plenty of options and the Italian atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant.

We loved the beverages (though I thought they were pricey), and the food was good. I was less impressed by the ambiance of the restaurant.

We went at 4:00. Got seated right away, restaurant was not busy when we entered but was very busy when we left at 5:00. Waiter was polite enough, however must have been new. Brought us our water, menus and bread and literally 30 seconds later asked if we were ready to order! We split a salad, which he kindly offered to put on 2 seperate plates. I got the Pasta Bravo, there was very little chicken, but it was a very tasty dish with a delicious roasted red pepper cream sauce. If you are looking for more chicken, this is NOT the dish to get! My friend got the Chicken Marsala, 2 nice sized pieces of Chicken breast, Mashed potatoes and aspargus. She said that the Brown gravy on it was so-so. Waiter brought boxes and check promptly and did not have to ask for either! Overall, service was good, taste of meals were good.

We visited Bravo this afternoon and were taken care of by Sharon. She was very attentive to our needs, and also we shared some common life stories with each other. We happened to arrive at a great time, because there was only one other table who was being cared for. Sharon is a great asset to this restaurant! I say BRAVO to Sharon!!

Food sorda tasted microwaved. Received a cup size portion of pasta and was barely warm , prices outrageous for the portion sizes

Food was great as normal. Our waiter was very soft spoken to the point we almost could not hear him. Got the food in good time, getting refills was a issue for my wife's tea. Our table was at a refill station We ordered dessert, great. Did take a bit long to give order and even longer to get our check. We will be back

Mother's Day weekend, so it was very busy. It took longer for everything, but overall, a very good experience.

Sharon was the best. Our book group was in a room where we could have a discussion and eat delicious food. Sharon made sure we were served quickly and checked on our needs frequently.

Food was pricy for how not great it was. Wine was $20 for a glass… yikes! Waitress was very nice. However, we were not greeted at the hostess stand. Stood there for at least 2 minutes before she looked up and said anything. :( sad

Good service and good food

Service from server Sharon was excellent. We did wait quite a long time for the food to come from the kitchen. We were told they were behind because "... a lot of people were ordering pasta due to the Pittsburgh Marathon being the next day". It is unclear to me how this explanation would apply to our visit whatsoever. No need to create absurd excuses, a simple "the kitchen is backed up" would have sufficed! For our party of four, the food was slightly off as one dish was just warm, another was dry from sitting under the heat lamp too long, with the other 2 dishes just right.
