Went for a family dinner and was very disappointed. Sent two different dishes back because in one the food was cold and rubbery and the other was so disgusting that two of our party became sick from trying it. Service was slow mainly because our waitress was overloaded. Will probably never return.

Lasagna gave me food poisoning. Only had a few bites before I realized it was absolutely spoiled. Absolute joke of staff as well.

Really poorly executed meal. Food honestly was gross to say the least the chicken was flat heavily breaded and extremely greasy and mushy for the chicken Romano salad and the fra Diablo pasta my boyfriend had he disliked! Likely will never be going back.

Barely average mall Italian food. Perhaps one or two decent dishes.

We expected it to be crowded and knew service would be slow. However, our server, Melissa, was terrible. I asked for water for the table. I was the only one who received water. Perhaps she wasn't able to hear because of the crowd and noise. My mother and I ordered coffee. When it came, it was lukewarm. I called Melissa over. She asked for my cup and said it's not cold. I said it's not hot. She said there's a pot brewing. She never brought us decent coffee. Although the coffee cups were full, she didn't adjust the bill. I know, we should have said something but didn't. So all in all, not a very good experience.

I enjoyed my lunch there. The lobster bisque was exceptional, but the lasagna, even though delicious, was overcooked. My piece was from the corner of the pan, and the noodles were tough around the edges.

We were a large group and the service was excellent . Our waitress Sharon did a great job ! We were also celebrating a birthday and she took care of the cake and all details from candles to serving to also taking care of four different sets of bills .
