I have had Sip Club for a couple of months now and my Husband and I have both loved it. We live very close so we can just order our coffee make a quick stop to fill it and be on our way to work. Not today. Just stopped in to pick up our coffee that we placed through the app. Went in since the app told us it was ready, there were no cups. It took 15 minutes to flag someone down to get cups. What’s the point in rapid pickup if I have to wait in line to get my cup anyways. I get it they want to clear the order off their screens, but then put the cups out.
I typically don’t write reviews since I have been on the other side, but this has happened more than once which is unfortunate.

This is the worst Panera in the South Hills. The employees are rude and the portions are about half of what you get at other locations. I’d be ashamed to serve some of the food they put out especially considering the cost. It’s usually filthy as well. Online orders, even just a drink and pastry are never on the shelf after 10 minutes of ordering. I now avoid this location for anything other than a sip club drink.

Order from here out of convenience almost every other week and my family likes the Panera chain. This location however is terrible. Every order always has something wrong with it. Usually it is missing items. They are constantly out of food. Today they literally were out of bread at 11:30 am. Not just one type of bread…..all bread. And with it being so understaffed there is rarely someone to fix the order in under 10 minutes. Also to go orders regularly take 20 minutes to have ready.

If you want to spend a couple of days in the hospital from food poisoning, then go ahead and eat here. The first time, I bought a cookie and brownie for my kids—they were literally as dry as rocks. I thought it was a one-time mistake. A few days later, I got mac and cheese for my daughter, and she became seriously ill after eating it. I am absolutely going to sue them. After taking a sample of the mac and cheese to the hospital, I now have a report stating that it caused her illness. Thankfully, it wasn’t worse.
Was in the private meeting room.and it was quiet and comfortable.

The people here were very rude, especially the manager! I ordered a sandwich turkey bacon bravo and requested nor sauce but mayonnaise. I was told there were mayonnaise packets by the food. When I looked there weee none. I waited by the food window to ask and one of the workers would even look at me. Another lady came up to ask for a knife and she had to verbally call them out to aaak for it. I then asked for mayonnaise and was told there was some where I was standing of which there was not. I asked if they could get me a small container of mayo and they said they couldn’t. I asked for some butter and they gave me one. I went to the front register again to complain and the manager came out.after I expalained my problem he said it was back there by the food. However they were out. I said I asked for butter and got one. He said that was standard. Only one. I walked away to my table and could here them commenting. He didn’t offer to get me some kind condiment, he did not offer give me more butter. I addition, he walked your table and absolutely said nothing. No im sorry this didn’t meet your expectations. Is there something else we could do. Just a glare at me and walked by. Do not eat here!

Ordered a simple online order for a bagel and self serve iced tea ten minutes before arrival. It wasn’t ready and was still showing pending on the board. After ten minutes waiting, it eventually showed ready on the monitor but no items appeared so I asked the staff who tried to give me an order for “Judith” that clearly wasn’t mine. It was now 25 minutes since ordering the bagel and self serve drink, but they clearly still didn’t have it ready and just had marked it complete. Ended up leaving as I had to get to work and couldn’t bother waiting any longer.

I was going to give this place five stars, but when my date received her order, not only was the bread stale, but a piece of hair was found (left side) on her plate, and it’s too dark to be hers.Please… do better Panera!!
