Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar

In my 37 years of eating at many different Primanti locations, I’ve never had as good of a sandwich and fries as I did tonight at the Mt. Lebanon location. The cook should get a raise. Everything was a “10”! In addition, the $10.99 deal is a great deal. Awesome!

Went in to place a to go order at 3pm. Had the food in my hand at 3:05pm. Was it great fast service? I don't think so. The Pittsburger and side of fries with cheese was beyond cold. The cheese sauce was already congealed. I'm guessing the food was left under a heat lamp after the lunch rush. Just guessing. It took 11 emails with Craig to resolve this issue. He offered to compensate me for my ruined meal and an additional meal. I received a $20 gift card in the mail. That was it. He decided to put a $20 credit on my Fanfare account after contacting him again.
After 11 emails and 1 count of deception, it was finally over.
I will spend my gift card and Fanfare credit at Primantis. Just not this one.

Update the hours, it’s 2025. When does the kitchen close? When does the bar close/do last call? Makes it easier for everyone.. people coming in & your employees.

The food was decent and waitress was very friendly. I’m not a fan of the raw sandwich bread and would try it toasted the next time I make it through.

Good food, people, and atmosphere

I love Primanti's food. But whenever you walk into this Primanti's the workers act like you are invisible. Often there is nobody at the front desk in the little entry room when you walk in. You can see all the workers through the doorway in the main restaurant and bar and they act like you are not there. I have stood there and watched them ignore me and not offer me a tabIe when the restaurant is not full. This has happened multiple times at this location in particular. I have never really never seen anything like it before. I don't know if they think you will go away if they ignore you so they don't have to work but regardless I think it is very unprofessional and obnoxious. Eventually you just walk into the restaurant on your own to get somebody's attention. Very rude and dysfunctional. I wouldn't go here if I were you to save yourself from the disrespect

The food was very delicious. The sandwiches were huge. My server Amanda was great!

Good food and great drinks

Waited 20 minutes before asking someone if we had a server, after ordering server never checked back to see how our food was or if we needed more drinks. Very bad service. I won't go back

I eat here often. Usually pretty good. Sometimes service is spotty-- no attention from server and orders come out wrong. Of late, the appetizers come out with the entree, eve n when I specify that table will share Reuben fries as an appetizer. Has happened last 3 times.
