These baked goods are fresh baked and legit. Uptown Coffee makes the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had. I don’t think it can be replicated. Sometimes I get a slice with coffee or buy a whole cake; take it to any outing and you’ll always get invited back! Uptown also makes the best scones I’ve ever had; amazing lemon flavor, not dry like scones I’ve had elsewhere. Larry David would definitely approve.

I was shocked and disappointed by the behavior of the employees at this coffee shop. As someone who has worked in the service industry myself, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness. The fact that these employees chose to bully a group of teenagers is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone.The behavior of the employees is completely unacceptable and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. Asking teenagers to leave and not come back because of their “depressing vibe” is uncalled for. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of employee behavior immediately. I will make sure to warn other parents about these employees.

It's hard to say what's better about Uptown Coffee - the amazing selection of pastries and delicacies, or the relaxing atmosphere where you can spend a long time catching up with an old friend and not feel rushed. OK, it's both!

Lady at counter was yapping to her friend in front of me. I was waiting for service and the line building behind me was too. She didn't even acknowledge any of us and kept talking to her friend in line. Got fed up and left. Paying patrons come first. Never will go back there.

Coffee is amazing! Everyone is very nice. I only gave 4 starts because of the ice. It’s little small pieces of ice, from a cooler that melts instantly. I would love for them to serve big pieces of ice. So my ice coffee can stay cold, & not taste like water :/
