the steak sub was fantastic. we ordered it often. the last couple of order had way less meat and was not good. bread & veggies dominated the sandwich. I will stop ordering if this continues

Every single time we order delivery, the order is messed up and incorrect. EVERY TIME. We don’t order online because we want to call and make sure they get the correct order. We even emphasize exactly what we want to ensure we get the correct order. But it doesn’t make a difference. And if you call to tell them and ask for the mistake to be corrected, they don’t care and tell you that you were the reason it was incorrect and refuse to do anything about it. I’m over this place.

Our last visit was disappointing. The pizza buffet was not hot enough and the meatballs they have are delicious but we're only like warm. It's nice they ask you what you like on your pizza to give you what you like. Will definitely go back.
Vegetarian options: If you like pizza it's a place to go.
Kid-friendliness: Kids always like pizza. The y have spaghetti and meatballs with a salad bar on Mondays. It's well worth the price.

I'm not sure what has happened in the last 3 to 4 months but we use to love the pizza. The last 4 times we have ordered we ask for extra extra extra sauce and get none. Pizza also also continued to become thiner and thiner every time.

5 stars for 2 delivery orders, one on-line, one by phone (recommended). Delivery was on time. Ordered All Meat with onions, mushrooms, and extra cheese. Asked for well done. Crust, sauce, and toppings are excellent, and toppings were good and generous. Have had pies in Rome, Venice, Florence and in-between, and this reminded me of the best of Italy.

I fine disdain in the lack of updated online menus. I looked prices and ordered over the phone thinking my meal was 40 only to find out it was 60. This was not communicated when I called in my order. I felt ambushed and will not be ordering from there anymore. All my friends are in agreement and our group will get pizza somewhere else. I also find fluctuating pricing to be ridiculous. We didn't want Wendy's to do it but seems Alexander's can get away with it
Food is good but they constantly mess up our order every time. Wrong appetizer. Different or missing dressing. Tomatoes if you ask for no tomatoes. We’re not picky and mistakes happen, but nearly every single time we order? I give up. ?

We went on buffet night. We got there near the end of buffet time so the pizza was getting old & cold. Having worked in the food industry in my younger years, I can understand not wanting to put out fresh pizza that may not get eaten since it was winding down. We will definitely make sure to go earlier next time. Salad bar was great. I do wish that there was an alfredo sauce for the spaghetti instead of just a marinara sauce for those of us that don't eat marinara, but I'll survive. Service was great.
