the steak sub was fantastic. we ordered it often. the last couple of order had way less meat and was not good. bread & veggies dominated the sandwich. I will stop ordering if this continues

Well its sad and I should have just not even ordered from there. They were rude over the phone because I speak lightly then the food made me and my kids sick for 3 days. The food wasn't good either it was dry cold and bland the said 35 mins we showed up in 22 mins and our food was cold and didn't even have any sauce on our pizza it was thin as well we were expecting a regular pizza.

Food can be good. Just certain workers that work there suck. Plus when you ask for jalapenos you never get them. Then you get different stories about sauce. Never had any issues until recently and honestly just gonna stop ordering.

This was my second and find time trying them.
The first time I ordered a bacon burger and this was the bacon from my burger (first photo) yes that’s bacon. Actually just huge pieces of bacon fat.
This time I ordered loaded nachos. No cheese whatsoever and they were carried sideways or something but the issue is no cheese. (Second photo)
I called and they said they were out of it. Which ok, but don’t you think that warrants a phone call to the customer to see if they still want an item that is missing the most important ingredient?

Best pizza locally, hands down! Thin fluffy crust, slightly chewy, perfect amount of sauce cheese and toppings. Never greasy or soggy. Their hoagies are on a really good bread and always have good toppings. The sides are always crispy and hot
Got lunch for my employees today as we were working close by. 16cut special was a great value. Staff was friendly.

Every single time we order delivery, the order is messed up and incorrect. EVERY TIME. We don’t order online because we want to call and make sure they get the correct order. We even emphasize exactly what we want to ensure we get the correct order. But it doesn’t make a difference. And if you call to tell them and ask for the mistake to be corrected, they don’t care and tell you that you were the reason it was incorrect and refuse to do anything about it. I’m over this place.

Our last visit was disappointing. The pizza buffet was not hot enough and the meatballs they have are delicious but we're only like warm. It's nice they ask you what you like on your pizza to give you what you like. Will definitely go back.
Vegetarian options: If you like pizza it's a place to go.
Kid-friendliness: Kids always like pizza. The y have spaghetti and meatballs with a salad bar on Mondays. It's well worth the price.
