Sat at the bar 5 minutes to get drinks and another 15 minutes till someone finally asked if we wanted to order so we didn’t get to eat paid for our drinks and left had to find some were else to eat

Every single time I’ve stepped foot in this restaurant to get food the wait times have been unreal. The waitresses are extremely dismissive, literally will walk right past you after you sit down, no “I’ll be with you in just a moment” or even just a hello. Tonight though was my last straw. We arrived around 8:10-8:20, not knowing they closed at 9. The place was basically empty. It took well over 10 minutes to even get menus and silverware (which ended up not even being needed), and the waitress threw our menus in front of us, said “here you go” and scurried away. We sat for an extra 20 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. All it would’ve taken was a simple “we are done serving for the night” and it would’ve all been good. The food is also extremely mid tier, so it’s certainly not worth waiting the ridiculous wait times when I actually DID miraculously get served. I try to cut people some slack as I have worked food service before but it’s a little ridiculous here. 0/10 would not recommend.

I’m really not the kind of person to write a negative review, however, this time is an exception. We haven’t been here before and we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, EVERYTHING we ordered was greasy and had absolutely no taste. Our server Charmaine was so sweet and very accommodating!

Wanted to give a shoutout to our server Ethan on Saturday afternoon. He was super polite and very attentive. not just to our table, but to all his tables. He's only 17, but I can tell you, he understands the true meaning of customer service and he will go very far in life. And thanks Aumer's for another good meal. large portions, great value for the money. first time having the onion rings. loved them

Always a seasonal menu added to the regular menu if your there on the weekend ask for Susan as a server her real name is Amy an she great so is all the menu items we tried especially Joios pizza

This place seemed nice for the most part. The quality of the food was awful though. Don't order the steak, it looks more like pork tenderloin and is very sinewy. The pretzels were drowning in butter and had nacho cheese sauce.

Would never come back to this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Only positive was that we got seated quickly. Waitress had no idea what craft beers were on draft and wasn’t even going to go ask until we had asked her to. Took over 30 minutes just to get our appetizer. Sat with no drinks for another 30 minutes. Tables around us had came in, ate, and left already at this point. After being there for over an hour total and only having our 2 drinks and appetizer, I asked if we can just pay for what we consumed so far and leave. She went to go get our check and magically the food was ready and “had to be paid for”. Claimed they were super backed up, which could be the case and is understandable, however our waitress never acknowledged us, never even mentioned there was a wait or apologize that it was taking a long time. She walked by the table several times. Maybe the food is good but we would never know because we didn’t get to try it. Have never had an experience this bad to the point of not even wanting to give the place another chance. We will be going elsewhere.

Best Ruben I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. ✨️👌🏻 We usually go with jioios pizza 🍕 That is my absolute favorite too 🫶🏻 wholesome, soulful eats.

Ordered a pizza today. It was delicious. Staff was great. Food is always good when we stop in.
