We went to Goo’s for the 1st time last night and just can’t say enough about it. Our food was delicious and our service was fantastic! We would definitely recommend to all our friends and family

Um, where to start.. the bartender is one of the owners, no people skills, her husband is one of the cooks, we called him out to talk to us, all baked potatos were under cooked and hard, spaghetti pasta side to our main dish, was freezing cold, noodles were crunchy. Steaks, on a metal hot plate, all cold. We were polite when we talked to him, he did not offer any apologies, just said, so do what you need to do then. My husband said, I am not being difficult, we just wanted to explain what was wrong (his meal was inedible) no resolution from him. The waitress, Krista was great, she ran her legs off, she was the only waitress and was doing everything to keep up on her own. Many people walked out, many people said their meals were cold and under cooked. It was a very big disappointment, Goo's was fantastic, known for their steak, the new owners, do not have it down. I never post bad reviews, ally reviews I try to find some good, I always give 2nd chances, but from the start to the end, nothing worked. Did not seem to appreciate their customers, and watched to many people walk out shaking their heads. Please save yourself the trip.. sorry to say.. on a side note, my husband went to the bar where the owner was working and asked for drinks, she actually yelled at him and said have your waitress get your drinks.. wow told him she is to busy and is making drinks for everyone there and she can't take his drink order tell his waitress, Seriously 🤔🤯

It’s unfortunate that they were so understaffed. I’m going to blame it on that . They were very crowded .. our waitress Krista was amazing.. very polite… very overworked, very overwhelmed, and very much unappreciated by the owners. Overpriced for a cold , overcooked steak , a half cooked baked potato, and cold hard pasta . We were so excited to try the “New Goo’s” . Since We were Old customers from the last 30 years. Unfortunately we won’t be back .

I’ve been here four times since new owners have taken over… let me tell you, top notch!!! So far, I’ve had a phenomenal fish hoagie, the best steak and potato I’ve ever had, not too mention the best salad bar… the Italian hoagie was amazing!!! Tonight I had the pizza valeri which is similar to a Stromboli… but BETTER!!! And get this the best French fries ever in life, fresh cut fries with flavor!!!!! Food, service and atmosphere…. All, the very best!!!!

10/10 will be returning! LOVED the salad bar much better than getting small side salads with dinner I’m so glad they do this. Big portions and ice cold drinks 💗 my gnocchi was amazing, also enjoyed the fried zucchini it had a perfect crisp to it. Also love that the owners walk around and check on everybody even if it’s just a peak cause it’s busy, it’s the little things that matter most . Super happy to have another great family owned business close by 🫶🏼 would highly recommend over and over again!
Ordered food/drinks, got drinks, waited over an hour (and I do mean over an hour) with no drink refills or food or service. Went to the bar asking if our food was almost ready. The bartender/owner possibly? Started yelling at the waitress for not writing our order clearly (meanwhile it was the owner?/bartender that took our order, not the waitress). I confronted the bartender/owner That she was the one that took our order and completely denied it. Paid $46 for two 10’ subs and two titos and soda waters. 0/10. Do not go. Didn’t even bother eating the food after that ordeal. $46 for two Tito’s and soda waters.

Worst customer service I’ve ever EVER had over charging customers and then missing items off the order and ARGUING with them! This place is a joke I’ve ordered a few times prices are Always different highway robbery in my opinion! If u want ripped off and attitude be my guest food isn’t the greatest either 15$ for a couple meatballs

Goos recently sold again so it has a new owner which changes everything. Stopped in for drinks recently but did not order food. Basically Goos is gone after decades of business. It is certainly a MP landmark and time will tell what happens.
