We love coming here as a family! Each time we’ve had top notch service. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. The food is delicious. Just wish they were open longer.

We enjoy Valley Dairy in Mt. Pleasant. We've tried the other locations as well, but live closest to that location. Our family gets together and/ or meets there with friends quite often! Reasonable prices and varied menu. Friendly service and honey atmosphere.

I would highly recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat at this location. Our waitress, (Gabby) greeted us with a smile and was very attentive. Thank you for a positive experience, we will definitely be back!
Not sure what was going on but it was slow when we arrived then it got busy. Three servers on floor and manager and it took 10 minutes to get checked out. I think it appeared that our server took more tables than she could adequately service and then things went downhill from there.

This is our favorite restaurant. We go at least 3 times per week. From the staff which includes Amanda, Christina, Angel, Angel II, Bridget, Gabby along with Greg, the Manager and all the back staff are courteous, efficient, kind, considerate, on the ball for refills and smiles. I would rate them with a 5 star. The food is delicious and prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants. Owning a few businesses myself in the past, I learned that it doesn’t matter how great everything is, you can’t please everyone. I would always recommend this particular restaurant.

The atmosphere when you walk in is so family oriented .. if the greeter isn't seating someone at the time she's greeting you with a big smile and a " Welcome to Valley Dairy .. how many .. a both or table " !Everyone there is so very pleasant especially Amanda, Angel,Christina , Angel 2, Bridgette and so many more they all have that sorta can't do enough for you attitude .. we are somewhat regulars " we love the place ,food ,people and prices " highly recommended for a good wholesome meal at an affordable price .. maybe we'll see you there some day ..God Bless and enjoy !

Very nice staff, busy little hometown restaurant. Manager is people oriented and talks to his guests. Food is always good and the selection is good for the type of eatery it is. Generally consistent and reliable service with a smile. Nothing earth shattering but good food at a fair price.

Was in on 1/4/24 for breakfast. Wife and I both had eggs, homefries and ham. Homefries were so hard that our forks couldn't even go in them. I think they should be fed to criminals as punishment for their crimes. Waitress didn't come to see if we wanted more coffee until she brought the bill. Very disappointing.

The waitress said she would make sure my bacon was extra crispy. It came out almost raw. She never checked on me my entire meal. I even placed the bacon on the 1 napkin she gave me and pushed it accross the table so she could see there was a problem.First time in my life I left no tip.
