Previously rated 5 stars but after tonight's experience I am super dissatisfied.
I had ordered my free pizza, a large pizza, 8-piece chicken wings, 2 lava cakes and a 2 liter of coke around 10:40pm figured I would do delivery because It would be home before husband would be. Well not the case. Francesca finished my order at 10:56pm. It is now 1:36am and we still have yet to eat or recieve our meal.

I get it's was snowing, but to walk in for carry out and told it will be 45 minutes to an hour before they could make our pizza. I asked if they were closing soon because of the snow and ignorantly the child said he didn't know. Apparently he didn't know how to make pizza either.
