“The broth isn't like it should be in Pho Bo. It's bland and contains a lot of MSG and too much salt, making it impossible to add oyster sauce to achieve the correct flavor. By the way, they didn't even have oyster sauce; they substituted it with a cheaper hoisin sauce. We ordered it with ribeye, but they brought it with meatballs. Overall, everything was a bit strange. The service, however, was excellent.“
