Rudest people I have encountered No sense of customer service I like Wendy’s but I will never go to Mt Pocono location again
I feel compelled to let someone know how awful my experience was last night at the Mt. Pocono Wendy’s in the hopes that it would be improved but judging by the other reviews it looks like this has been going on for years. I was in the drive-thru because the dining room isn’t open due to the pandemic and we were in a line of about 5 cars to get to the speaker to order. When I ordered I told the person taking my order that I had coupons for free kid’s meals and for $2 off...read full review
Mt Pocono location. Person dispensing drinks and collecting money not weaing mask or gloves...other employees were. We ordered 3 meal deals and 2 were wrong. No receipt was given. drive thru line was out to road so could not complain. Also food was luke warm at best.
