The first pic is a pic they show you of a bacon cheeseburger, the second and third is what they gave me. Talk about misleading
I was there with a friend yesterday. I had asked them to make the bacon extra crispy & when I had gotten it, I checked it & the bacon was rubbery. So I politely said it was & while we were waiting, we clearly saw & heard the workers mocking me because of my simple request. One had said in a mocking tone “Is it rubbery? He can’t chew it unless it’s hard!” We couldn’t even say anything because we were worried they would’ve done something with my food. Absolute terrible...read full review

My bun was burnt. Paid for extra lettuce and there wasn’t even enough to feed a bird. Paid extra for tomato and it was soggy and only the size of a half dollar. This has repeatedly happened to me. WHAT HAPPENED TO HAVE IT YOUR WAY?
I love a good fish sandwich and your were one of my favorites. NOT ANYMORE. Check out all the complaints in Mountain Top Chatter on Facebook. And as far as getting hot fries?????? Never. They’re always cold.
