Nothing was prepared as ordered , both sandwiches were on the wrong bread , no lettuce, tomato or onion that was ordered on the one tuna sandwich and it was put on panini press when I specifically asked them not to .soup didn’t taste right . We were the only customers being served at the time and they were closing soon . They were quick simple sandwiches to prepare . Low score on service was because they were the same people who took our order, friendly but obviously didn’t care about getting it right .

I can’t say I was very impressed with this place. We went there for breakfast and they did not have much of a selection. Then, they were out of both coffee and creamer. I told one of the workers they were out of roasters and regular coffee to which he asked if I “needed roasters” as they don’t typically make anymore (mind you they weren’t closing for another three hours). I said no that regular would be fine. A few minutes later the regular was refilled and then I discovered they were out of both half and half and milk. I didn’t bother even mentioning it. The food was okay but I’ve certainly had better. The only real saving grace was the hostess was very nice and polite. Otherwise I’d probably give this place less stars.

Was there for the first time today and unfortunately my last, got the quiche special with soup (white Bean and chorizo) and a 1/4 lb of macaroni salad and all I tasted was salt on everything and to top it off they gave me 2 1/4 lb of the salad instead of 1 that I ordered. Very disappointing to get home wanting to try some of their stuff and it's all in the trash.

I usually LOVE this place. The food is normally great but I normally get the same thing every time I go (italian hoagie). Today I added a muffin to my order and went home to eat it. I almost choked on whatever this is. It was inside the pumpkin cheesecake muffin I bought. Idk how something so massive gets inside a muffin without someone knowing but that was awful. I get things happen but that was pretty bad. If that was given to my daughter and she choked on it I'd be absolutely livid. The only reason I'm posting this is because this isn't the first time this has happened to us here. Last time in our coleslaw had plastic in it as well. I would say the food is really good, and it is worth going here, just check your food. I have pictures of whatever it was in my muffin (I think a butter wrapper) but don't know how to post them.

Was a big fan when i first moved to the area... food was good... coffee was even better.... but the ladies behind the counter have a smug way about taking your order.. always with a condesending manner... never happy, when you ask about a item, its like your bothering them, until they see you tip them... ill be taking my business elsewere... go across the street.. far better service and kindly manner of talking to you, kinda like they want your business...

(The most honest review possible) . Not polite , friendly , nor welcoming . I had to apologize to my mother in law for subjecting her to this unpleasant experience.Myself (father of 3 ) my wife her sister and mother were having family day together exploring our home area (The Poconos) and always passed this place but never had the time to stop in . We all agreed some coffee and snacks would be great and today we decided to get give them a shot . Our Plan was to have everything to go but just see what the Shop was all about . I walked in first with my 3 year old in my hands came across a woman who look at us like we were in the wrong place .I said Hi ?? and encourage my 3 years old to do the same and her response She took a deep sigh and her body language was as if we were not welcome and her response was not Hello it was “we are no longer allowing people to sit and eat . Take out Only “ very rudely . I said OK ?? ?? and then turn to the two people behind the counter and gave a “Hello ??” to both as to suggest we were excited to give this place a shot and I said this place must get busy. The first thing out of the guys mouth was not Hello or welcome or a smile . It was “Yeah Real Busy” Then the rest of my family walked in and the woman’s first response was “we close in 15 mins” . I mean gheesh lady like there is a way to speak to potential customers but I was very happy we didn’t spend one dime. Every Tuesday is our family adventure day because I am a shop owner too but I dont care what time of day it was would I ever allow a family to feel the way you made me , my daughters my wife my mother and sister feel. We felt like we were back in the 1920’s . All we wanted was a few coffee a soup and maybe some cookies of muffins to go . But I can promise you I won’t give you the chance to make us feel that way again . Good luck with your existing customer base . I’m sure you don’t treat them this way . Also remember I am a local with a big family and plan to open up more shops in the area . A little healthy competition is definitely needed in our area and I promise you I would of fired anyone in my shop that chased away customers like you 3 did. Good Luck ??

The Smokey and the Bacon is where it's at. Everything here is delicious but the Smokey and the Bacon is the best item on the menu.
