The waitress was really odd and not very knowledgeable of the menu. She is a large part that made this dining experience bad. Told us one thing and brought out another, after it was already cooked. She could have simply asked the kitchen. They had no napkins on the table, silverware was dirty(also only gave us two set ups for 4 ppl had to ask for them to bring plastic utensils), hair in the one omelet, hard roll for the one sandwich, burnt eggs and scrapple was absolutely gross. THERE ARE NO MEAT ALTERNATIVES FOR NON PORK EATERS either, so be aware. The bacon seemed precooked and microwaved. Honestly the only decent part of our food was the toast. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they get a new cook and different waitress. Drive down the road to somewhere else. To top it off the prices were not great for the quality and service provided.

The atmosphere could use some updating. It definitely has old diner vibes stuck in the 80s. Which could be fine without the stained ceiling tiles that give you the ick feeling.

We stopped in while staying in Tobyhanna for the weekend. Had breakfast, omelet, french toast, Virginia ham and scrapple. It was very good. The coffee was good as well as the service. Would definitely go back if in the area.

The food is great! Everything was delicious and right the first try. The diner and dishwear are very old and need updating. The server was very nice and had good humor she was just on her phone while we were waiting a while for her to come with the check. Over all good I would definitely return.
Your classic dinner. The food is filling and delicious. The locals eat here, so you know it's good. The staff are helpful and willing to give advice on local stores and shopping.
