This bakery is not just one of the best in the Poconos, it's one of the best. I ordered an apple crumb and a chocolate cream pie for Thanksgiving and they were OUTSTANDING! I also took home 6 kaiser rolls and they were like no other kaiser roll I've ever had. An older relative told me that this was how they all used to be - soft inside, chewy crust. Amazing.
I've never had a simple butter roll as good as the one I got here. The muffin was spectacular, the carrot cupcake was incredible, and my only complaint is that I don't actually live in the Poconos so I can't try everything! Will definitely keep this bakery in mind my next vacation!
I went in for the first time today and bought a candied bacon croissant. Yeah, it was as good as it sounds. Wow. No picture cuz I ate it without pause- no pics, no breathing…so delicious!
