Came to the restaurant for the first time on Saturday night. Great meal, great service. Lots more things to try next time. Will definitely be back!
The sausage I had was a very unpleasant texture. Not at all like my normal sausage. The texture was so finely ground it was like a hotdog. My chicken wasn’t moist, it was went and flavorless. I didn’t think you could harm beans but no onions, no flavor. I couldn’t eat the dry, bland corn. Those who know me know I don’t toss things I’ve purchased but I just made the exception. Just had an incredible experience at Piper Belle’s BBQ with nearly 30 wrestlers and coaches after a long tournament day. We showed up and had the best service and food. This place is a 5 star gem

Piper Belles BBQ is a fantastic and cozy BBQ joint. The restaurant is clean and charming, with the smell of smoked meats greeting guests at the door. The service is consistently excellent, outstanding, and very friendly from the staff.
The food is delicious and very good. Popular items include the brisket, chicken, pulled pork, burnt ends, smoked wings, and ribs, which are delicious though not fall-off-the-bone. The half rack of ribs is very good. For sides, the baked beans, smoked fries, mac and cheese, sweet potato soufflé, brisket beans, and street corn are all delicious. The sweet potato soufflé is especially liked, being like a dessert. Portions provide tons of food, often leading to to-go boxes. The BBQ sauce is excellent, and they have lots of good BBQ sauces, including a seasonal shoofly pie BBQ. Desserts like the pumpkin bread pudding with brown butter ice cream are also recommended.
The experience is worth the drive, making it a new favorite and a convent place to meet friends. It is a stop to make when hungry, though the dining room can be very noisy. They also have additional locations, a food truck, and cater. Customers plan to return again and again, most likely with friends or family.
