“Came to visit and see where it all began for Helltown. What a great venue, amazing outdoor area with multiple places to sit, firepits, and enjoyed listening to some music outside. Bartenders were super friendly and beer was amazing of course. Highly recommend stopping by for a visit if you've never been, and if you have....stop again!!”

“On Monday May 26 my family (party of 15) had lunch at China Buffet. We were in the back room for over 2 hrs eating and enjoying our family reunion. The owner and staff were great. The food was great. Most of us had the buffet but some family members ordered off the menu since they were vegan. Service was perfect. Our dishes removed and drinks refilled right away. The owner trained all of the employees to be friendly and very efficient at their job. I highly recommend this restaurant for the good food and great service.”

“Absolutely loved everything about Fox's Pizza Den! The staff member I talked to when ordering was super helpful and easy to work with! We were from out of state and at Laurelville Retreat Center for a reunion, and we wanted to provide an easy meal for when everyone arrived for the weekend. Pizza was so delicious--crust was a nice thickness--not too thin or too thick, toppings were plentiful, and the pizzas were hot and fresh and ready on time! We loved everything about our experience and will be ordering from them again for our next reunion in the area!”

“I try pizza from all over and I’ve tried nearly all the pizza in our surrounding area. I’m from Connellsville but this place hands down has the best pizza on this side of PA”

“Before anyone reads all the prior comments and choses not to come here, read CURRENT reviews and mine.
Some prior bad reviews might have been because of not so great staff which probadly aren't there anymore. I was there on a slow day. We never felt like we were a bother or interrupting.

My friend and I visited here on a Tuesday, looking for someplace different for our monthly lunches. It did not disappoint !
We were graciously greeted at The Cabin by a very personable woman. She answered all questions we had about food choices and also asked if my friend had nut allergies because her pasta salad had pesto on it containing nuts. She explained which buildings had the wine, desserts and the farm store with bakery. We were headed over to get wine, so she said she'd hold off on preparing our meals to give us a chance to taste and shop.
At the Greendance wine store we were greeted by Linda, the moment we opened the door. She directed us to the tasting area, explained the types of wines, offered 3 samples and was spot on in what we where looking for. We left with 2 take home bottles and one she opened for our lunch. We walked outside, chose a table and just then our food was ready.

The chicken salad croissant sandwich was a tasty, the side of potato salad was very similar to what I make, so good, too.

Time for dessert even though we were stuffed. I chose cheesecake topped with raspberries and whipped cream and my friend picked blackberry pie and coffee.
Again, the counter person was very nice. The coffee was going to take a moment. She told us to go sit and she brought it to to our table when it was ready.
We were able to just relax and talk in the shade of the tree covered patio. So cute.
It started to rain, so we never made it to the farm store and bakery, but now we have a treat for when we return again.
In the 3 hours since I've been home, I've already recommended this place to 5 people.
Take a drive, have some wine, a bite to eat and dessert. You should not be disappointed. We weren't !🍷”

“Okay first: Staff, and Owners, absolutely amazing, kind, and just wholesome chat in person types. Very rustic, down to earth types.

2nd: So I grew up East pensyltukey, moved to the south in my mid age. Couldn't get a proper pizza, or Italian anywhere. Moved back on the west side of PA. I tried a few places, but I knew.. The second I saw a Cheeseburger sub. I knew, knew, this spot was it. It is hands down the best pie in the area. From the cheese, dough, sauce; this is East Coast pizza. To the appetizers, an the rest of the menu. You won't find better in the area.

3rd: Lastly: parking is okay; outside of meter time. However: again from the comfort small shop like you'd feel in east Dalessandro's Steaks, to a Brooklyn Pie. You'll feel at home with the courtesy of family vibes, and good Pizza Shop Corner Cuisine.

I don't actually review places too often. When I do though. It is fully deserving, and if you're ever in the rural outskirts of the great city of Pittsburgh. Drop buy Doughboys Pizza and Subs; located in the quaint historic downtown of Mt. Pleasant.”

“Everybody calm down! 5 stars is excessive. It is fast food and a taco bell. With that said when you order it is fast, they serve the cold stuff cold and the hot stuff hot. They have serve safe certificates prominently displayed so they do know what temp lettuce and sour cream is supposed to be. It is the 1 fast food place in town that doesn't make me sick. Yes i am comparing it as fast food. There is always at least a couple people there to make the food. If you forgot to make a lunch go to the value menu for cheap eats. There is a school cafeteria vibe and there is always corn syrup based hot sauce available. Great hours and the staff is as friendly as you are. 3 stars because it is scooped and papered... sorry fam. Baja blast is in zero too planet fitness people next door so it is a fitness drink get off my back! Everyone who hasn't seen 'demolition man' wouldn't get why it has the potential for fine dining. Very clean dining room and lots of natural light gives it that extra star to sit at 4. Lighting and a rag is cheap other chains.

Parking: It's attached to a plaza sort of so lots of parking. Behind the building the access road be rough though so don't crack a rim.”
