I never post negative reviews but the experience tonight was worst I've ever had. I called and asked if busy, they said no to come right over. we arrived at 6:40 pm . when we got there only 2 tables with customers who were already done eating. I ordered an appetizer at 6:50 and our main order was in by 7 pm. We understand it isn't fast food however a table came in after ours of 5 people. The waitress came out and said would have to wait for app a bit, said ok we were understanding. Watched a lot of food coming out of that kitchen to go and to the bar area. we sat in dining room waiting. The app came at 7:40 and guess what else came- all of the food for the table of 5 who came in after us. We decided to cancel our order and the waitress said but she has it on right now , one more minute. I told waitress that for tables to get all their food after us when we were there and placed our order before they even walked through the door it wasn't right. she said it goes by how tickets are put in. I told her in all my experiences and I have worked in the industry that the tickets that go in first are the ones that get completed first. she got the cook who came out and screamed and ranted about being only one there and our food was one minute from being done. we told her we didn't want it she then yelled go to one of the mini markets. very rude. I actually tip very well and the week before we waited but not as long and I tipped waitress 25% and sent back $5 to kitchen for cook because food was good. I won't go there again due to.extremely long wait and the huge scene the cook made and unless you are willing to wait an hour and a half for your food you shouldn't either. Also, our drinks were empty and waitress never checked to see if needed refill. The food is good but not so great that it inconveniences the customer by waiting too long.

They have incredible burgers and you definitely need to try the pizza soft pretzel bites!!

Had breakfast here twice now, there will not be a third time. This last one everyone else on the group was done with their food and my son and I hadn't even gotten ours. The kitchen kept telling the server they already sent it out and clearly it wasn't. Then the owner wouldn't even do anything about it and just brushed us off. The server was great and kept apologizing for it.

2 people working for breakfast. Bacon in the omelet was raw. Pancake tasted like the grill cleaner. Toast was rock hard. Sausage wasn't cooked through. Waitress was new and alone. She was as helpful as she could be.
