Went for dinner. Service friendly and helpful. Nice friendly. Dinner was not particularly good. We think the meat was spoiled. Smelled and tasted BAD. Have to be more careful about what we order. My wife vomited upon getting home. I not sick but bad taste in mouth and reiley belly. ?

Food was great, and the atmosphere was very nice! Bert was our server and was extremely attentive and allowed us to hang out and chat for awhile, and Dawg told us about Karaoke that he runs every Friday and Saturday. We will definitely be back! Ordered 2 different style burgers, bone in wings, and crab legs!

There is no " site " and I'm certainly not fake. And by the way, we did complain, and staff knew it, because the undercooked fish was not charged to our bill.....and in regards to the later visit.....yeah, you knew about that one too, heck the owner sat at the table and saw the whole thing. It's been through several different owners, but the current owners are ruining this place. The service is HORRIBLE! Went there for a family get together, group of perhaps 10. Food took forever to arrive and when it finally did come out, it came in groups of 3, each group 10 minutes apart. By the time the 3rd delivery was made, the first 3 were nearly done eating. The 10th person's food still did not come, when we asked about it, they said they forgot that one. That person had ordered fish. 10 minutes later, the fish arrives....WAY undercooked. OK, so chalk this trip up to one bad experience. Decided to give them another try about 2 months later. Again a group of maybe 8. Called about a week ahead to make the reservation. When we arrived, there was no one there except the cook, who was very surprised to see us. Told said cook we had called about a week ahead to make the reservation. Cook got very agitated and said, "Well, I'm the only one here, so I don't know what to tell you." Well buddy, I know what to tell ya. Keep your food, because we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

We didn't stay here as it's local to us, so I can't rate the rooms or such. We had a birthday dinner here, and I happen to know some of the employees, so perhaps I'm a little biased.The food is tasty and well prepared. The prices are in line with every where else you can go in the area. Was a little surprised that there was only one waitress on a Saturday night, but she did as good a job as possible. I recommend eating here.
Pleasantly surprised with the broiled seafood.. wonderfully cook. 4 stars because service wasn't up to my expectations

So as Soon as Tuesday Arrives I will continue to push these guys! Government is impossible. Plus changing the system and holidays yeah that’s how my luck has been.Anyhow I have been a few places and two of my favorites are THE CENTRAL HOTEL And SONESTOWN INNFirst the Central Hotel so this young woman took this on with two beautiful little girls and when I say talent and hardworking it just doesn’t even touch what she has done. I look around and the place is booming! As in full dining room tables happy eating customers and drinks are plenty and delicious and Nicole herself beautiful and smart and I just love to see her push and strive but most of all be making it in this business and it’s hard work but this girl well stop in and visit you will see and feel what I mean. Amazing food!Then we got my Sonestown Country in where the place smells and looks so clean for a place that was built in the 1800s and Ron the owner he also just started out in the business but he’s also got it going on. The menu is amazing and full offering so many different foods to the atmosphere and amazing people to Birdie the bartender I absolutely love the place. So just a heads up guys check out these 2 places and show them support! The reason being you just don’t got places like these and the Tombstone the people atmosphere and food and the WANT of making people feel like they should and smiling walking in and out!Sonestown and Central you guys Rock! Happy New Year!
