GLUTEN FREE roll was out of this world. I have celiac disease and struggle to find rolls that aren’t dry and gritty. The roll was soft and chewy like a “real” glutenfull roll. The meat and cheese was freshly sliced and the veggies were crisp. I haven’t had a sub this good since being diagnosed 10 years ago. I’m so excited to try more options. This will definitely be a new stop whenever I’m in the area. Gluten free is hard to find, but good gluten free is like striking gold. Thank you for having this option.
