Do not go here for lunch, spent 38 minutes in the drive-thru.!!!!! There went my lunch break. Late back to work. And the '$5 Whooper Duo is actually $7.63 if you want cheeese...smmfh!

Every time we come in, no matter how busy or short staffed they are, everyone, especially Barbara, are always happy, upbeat, helpful and quick. Even if they're short staffed or super busy, they always apologize when it takes awhile for our order.
Even if they accidentally miss something or mess it up, it's fixed right away.

I don't give 5 stars to FF or chains unless it was truley impressive with food temp, customer service, and accuracy of order. This BK hit all those at 1030 for lunch! Awesome crew was happy and this made the experience that much more enjoyable!

Takes forever when you go inside. They don’t acknowledge customers standing at court. Terrible customer service. My order was wrong but refused to go back in to straighten it out. I will ever stop there again! Even though I like Burger King better than McDonald’s, I will go to McDonald’s up the street cuz the service is much better. Worst Burger King I have ever been at

Had a nice online mobile pickup experience thanks to the team member Fatima, the business was fairly busy for a Sunday evening after 8pm and my order wasn't quite ready when I arrived even tho it sent the notification that it was. Fatima tho let me know right away and kept checking on me while her and the other two team members finished my order. Even tho I had to wait few extra minutes, it wasn't a problem thanks to Fatima making me feel seen and had a great attitude and was so kind. Was very nice to feel like I was appreciated and see BKs team worker hard and efficiently together

3 high chairs and wouldn't put my grandson in any of them as they were coated in visible black greasy film, order was missing items and when we asked for water server wanted to charge us for fountain drinks. My husband showed his military ID but wasn't given the discount, when he went to inquire about it manager on duty came to help correct it but was surly and slapped the refund on the counter. Another gentleman commented that the three previous orders were "messed-up "

They messed up our order and then said we were lying about receiving food when we ate inside. They initially never gave us drinks, a burger, and our nuggets but finally gave us the drinks, and nuggets. I ordered and paid for a double bacon king, they gave me a double whopper with no bacon. They wouldn't give me the difference in money or give any explanation why I had to pay for one burger and received a different burger. Then they argued with us when we just wanted the food we paid for. Absolutely ridiculous and will never come here again. I wish management cared enough to supply customer service but unfortunately I have to contact corporate about it. It's the principle of the situation

Spent 25 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch waiting in the drive through window the line never moved I had to leave to return back to work without my food I will not be going back there again this has happened a few times very disappointing
