Spent 25 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch waiting in the drive through window the line never moved I had to leave to return back to work without my food I will not be going back there again this has happened a few times very disappointing

Hey, veterans. Don't forget to let the employee at the window know that you are a veteran . This means legit military and family as well. They might ask proof from time to time. Have it . This Burger King is always my go-to place for a fast ,tasty, and fresh meal while on the go . The staff is very, very nice and remember that they are people working to provide you with food in a hurry. USMC

Order kiosk didn't seem to be working correctly when I tried to craft my burger my way and the counter woman seemed frustrated that she had to take my order. No one used the kiosk while we were there.

They pulled the TV from the lobby and put it in the back of the kitchen and they just blast ads on it. Free wifi for streaming though.

Suddenly a few months ago, the staff at the Burger King in Muncy, PA (Target plaza) decided they would provide the best customer service of any fast food restaurant in the area. Go in, sit down and eat, and experience it for yourself. I would go so far as to say their service is better than most sit-down restaurants.Example: I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a few seconds later the guy making my sandwich (Benjamin) says to me; "you seem like the kind of guy who might like it extra spicy!?" And I was like: "you are correct!" The result was one of the most perfectly spicy chicken sandwiches I've ever had and he accomplished it just by adding extra sauce to the meat and coating it thoroughly. It seems like Benjamin has stumbled across the way this sandwich is supposed to be made.Too often consumer products are labeled spicy with the intention of providing a spicy product to the segment of people who like spicy food. Somewhere along the line the powers that be end up cooling off the heat because most people in a broad cross section of consumers don't like things so spicy, alienateing the group of people they set out to target in the first place. Thankfully people like Benjamin and in tune to what people want, and expect; based on what they order. Maybe he will be CEO of Burger King and bring back the Ch'king chicken sandwich with a really spicy version. We can only hope and dream!

Impossible Whopper was very good. Wish they offered a smaller vegetarian option as a Whopper is a lot for me to eat in 1 sitting. Fast service and polite staff. Recommend!
