I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and wings. Instead, I received a pizza with no sauce and a blob of burnt goo with chicken nuggets.
When I called to complain, the manager on duty put me on hold for eight minutes. I then drove down to a store with zero customers where I was met by the same manager who couldn't recognize what was wrong when looking at the pie.
