Stopped for a BLACK COFFEE. 20 people waiting inside, 15 cars in the drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get a BLACK COFFEE. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been a regular for years, love the food quality and never complained about their incompetence until now. I just dealt with it but today topped it off for me. They had us in line for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order. I get home and my son's sandwich had holes in it and the meat was torn and hanging out of the sandwich. I couldnt even feed that to my kid. They should be ashamed of their service. No consideration for their customers whatsoever. WHEN they have a manager with them, service is always better.

waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes before getting my mobile order. by the time i had gotten it the cold foam and ice in my drink had melted and my food was cold. my drink was also made wrong, but i no longer cared. don’t come here if you are hoping for convenience (what a drive thru should be used for)

If you enjoy drinking pond water and your orders always being wrong this is the store for you! Seriously though, save yourself a trip and go to the Williamsport one.

I waited in line at the drive through for 20 minutes before getting my order, by then the food was cold. You would think they'd be a little quicker in getting things out the door.

Well, all is good, but you would think Dunkin' having younger employees that they would have a little more pep in their steps . There seems to be no sense of urgency in getting the customers their products in a sensible time. It's like they are all in slow motion . This all falls on management , how they were trained.

We stood in line for 10 minutes all the while the mobil app buzzer was blaring. The employees completely ignored us. Finally the girls in front of us got waited on by a guy that clearly would have rather been elsewhere. We left and went through the drive thru and were waited on immediately. This place is understaffed and current employees need a course in customer service.

Friendly people for the most part but they mess up orders very often especially coffee. I get coffee regularly during the week and it's always a hit or miss whether or not the coffee will taste good and be how I ordered it especially since I order it the same way every day.

Dany, Arielle and Josh at the Muncy, PA location are so pleasant and helpful. Dany took my order for hot cocoa over the phone and gave us a discount because it was for Wreaths Across America. When I arrived today to pick up our order, Arielle and Josh loaded it all in my car and were so friendly!! When you patronize the Muncy, PA location, please give a shout out to Dany, Arielle and Josh for great customer service!!

I called about a mug and Kirsten was so kind and willing to help. She is definitely what establishments need these days. Dec 1st around 345. Thank you... My granddaughter will be so happy....
