I waited in line at the drive through for 20 minutes before getting my order, by then the food was cold. You would think they'd be a little quicker in getting things out the door.

Well, all is good, but you would think Dunkin' having younger employees that they would have a little more pep in their steps . There seems to be no sense of urgency in getting the customers their products in a sensible time. It's like they are all in slow motion . This all falls on management , how they were trained.

We stood in line for 10 minutes all the while the mobil app buzzer was blaring. The employees completely ignored us. Finally the girls in front of us got waited on by a guy that clearly would have rather been elsewhere. We left and went through the drive thru and were waited on immediately. This place is understaffed and current employees need a course in customer service.

Friendly people for the most part but they mess up orders very often especially coffee. I get coffee regularly during the week and it's always a hit or miss whether or not the coffee will taste good and be how I ordered it especially since I order it the same way every day.
Dany, Arielle and Josh at the Muncy, PA location are so pleasant and helpful. Dany took my order for hot cocoa over the phone and gave us a discount because it was for Wreaths Across America. When I arrived today to pick up our order, Arielle and Josh loaded it all in my car and were so friendly!! When you patronize the Muncy, PA location, please give a shout out to Dany, Arielle and Josh for great customer service!!

I called about a mug and Kirsten was so kind and willing to help. She is definitely what establishments need these days. Dec 1st around 345. Thank you... My granddaughter will be so happy....

Dunkin Muncy. The young man you have working there definitely should not be waiting on customers. He has ZERO personality. He does not say thank you. He states "what can I get you " & not very nicely. When you pay him at the window he does not say thank you or tell you what your change is. I was in today & ordered a large hot coffee which came to $2.96. I gave him a $5 bill & he handed me my change of $4.04!!!! When I went to school the change would have been $2.04. Lucky for him I'm honest & handed him back $2. Did he say thank you? Absolutely not. Again, he should not be handling the drive thru in my opinion. I know good help is hard to come by but I think you could find someone who is at least customer friendly. This review is for his service only, not the other employees.
