I used a gift card and they only used 7$ of the gift card then uses the rest of my cash first, when I got the food it was cold, I waited for 20+ mins for my food for the bun to not be toasted and the burgers to taste like they were an hour old I would not recommend this mcdinalds

Very dirty. Bathrooms are super gross. Toilet paper was on the floor? No drinks were available. Also, didnt have the grinch meal as advertised. Any order over $50 needs a manager? Like I have a family of 8? This McDonald's used to be the cleanest and had the best service....not anymore.

Every time I come here I get the same coffee order and it's a different price every time which is weird to me. Some of the workers seem like they don't wanna be there and forget half the stuff you order. They also seem to get irritated when you tell them they forgot something in your order. This place has really gone downhill since the mall closed.

We got a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The bacon could have been done a bit more (I dont care for mushy bacon) and less grease in the hash brown potatos but both sandwiches were very good.

Normally delicous hamburgers. I get them instead of a cheeseburger because I like the taste of the beef. Today for the first time I had a terrible hamburger. Tough, dry, and burnt. I hope this is a one off.
Food took maybe 30 seconds to come out. Manager was SO nice and was very upbeat working back in the kitchen. Lady at the front counter came back to check on us during our meal. Favorite McDonald’s in this area

I ordered an original crispy sand meal with everything on it, plus onions. The girl who took my order, who was very nice asked me pull over to the drive thru space and they would bring my meal out. I watched twelve cars go thru the drive thru and still nothing, finally I got out of my car and went back to the window, they said I will bring it right out . I went over to the garden center to eat my food. I took the sandwich out, it was a cold piece of chicken with 2 pickles on it. Needless to say I will not go back.

Had to pull into the curbside line to wait 10 minutes for my 2 double quarter pounder meals large and a 10 piece nugget for my family. When I brought it home and opened it it was a completely different meal with just a mc chicken and single patty burger very upsetting.

The $5 dollar meal deal. The french fries were soggy not crispy. I don't understanrd the reason. They have a cook timer... Crispy fries. Not mush fries.
