Today was the first and last time I will ever go to this location. My son is sick and wanted to try the new Summer Berry Lemonade drink with pearls. We get to the pickup window and the employee casually tells me they don't have the big straw (needed to drink the pearls) because they ran out. She conveniently tells me this AFTER I ordered and paid $6.84 for a medium drink. So unprofessional and unacceptable.
The manager needs to manage this store better. How do you run out of the special straw the week a new drink comes out? Absolutely absurd considering the prices they charge. Thank you to the kind employee at the Muncy Target Starbucks location across the street who gave us the appropriate straw even though she didn't have to.

This is the 2nd time coming here, and they aren't shy on charging you for the sweetners (syrup) but they don't deliver. I get the same drinks at other locations and they taste great (not this place). Plus, I had to keep repeating my order to the cashier and walk her through what I am ordering. It's on the menu so I am not sure what was going on?!

It's definitely more worth it to go to the target startbucks for a better product. It is literally a $7 coffee, why not care about the customers?

Seems ordering ahead here is pointless. Waited 20 mins after my estimated ready time. This has been the 4th time this has happened. If I didn't have a big pick up I'd go thru drive thru because seems the only reasonable timing you will get your beverage. If I'd not paid for it I'd left.

Apparently a coffee shop stops brewing coffee after a certain time. Just wanted normal brewed coffee but they stop brewing it….you are a coffee shop…am I missing something here? Also,seems unusually expensive.

We ordered 2 drinks, yet we waited almost 10 minutes for someone to even start making the frappuccinos! Not exactly sure what the hold up was, but just another reason why I never come here. Another customer was upset that her coffee wasn't ready yet when someone else's (who came in after her) drink was finished first and the guy behind the counter was rude explaining that they were "very busy"... 2 cars in the drive-thru and 3 other people waiting inside, that's it. Everyone has one speed... turtle.

Don't bother placing an in cafe order here. There's one person making the orders, and they prioritize all the drive thru orders before yours.

This location is convenient if I want to drive-thru, but if I want to save a buck I go into Starbucks at Target and use my Redcard for 5% off. Drinks are always good but they don't always have peach juice and it never seems to be out of stock at other locations. Friendly staff!
