They are unprofessional they try to scam you and every single time we have tried to go there because they are the closest to our house we have kids so we try to get them cookies and every single time the take our money but they never give us the cookies or even just the right amout of them and refuse to give us our money back!!!!!!!!!

Every time I've ordered from this Subway location several things are missing from my order. This time 4 separate things were missing and I'd had someone else pick up for me so I wasn't aware until it arrived. Tried calling the store several times and they do NOT ever answer the phone. Terrible service.

Will never go back to this one. There were 2 teenagers working who gave me nothing but attitude and was cross contaminating a scooper. Girl who was making my sandwich looked at her friend and said “good thing you didn’t wash this scooper yet” then proceeded to make my sandwich. They were both also making snarky comments and jokes about me while I was standing there. I’ll go to any other subway but this one

I felt ignored when we first got there. The 3 employees were working on an online order, talking to each other. My husband and I stood there a few minutes before one of them took our order, but they continued talking to each other, as if we weren't there.

If I could do Zero stars I would. Placed an online order at 2pm to be picked up at 430pm. I get there at 435 and it hasn't even been started yet. Then I walk in, she acknowledges me and that I am here for an online order. They then proceed to finish taking care of the people in store, I waited 15 mins before finally receiving my order. Terrible customer service

If you're looking for a sub, this works on several levels. Quick as long as you avoid mealtime. Decent variety of standard sub fare and priced to be an affordable alternative to cooking; when you just don't feel like it.
