Every time I say no rice or sour cream it's smothered in sour cream... they were not busy at all but how come every time they can't understand normal directions and they are always rude even to my 11 year old when he tried asking questions

Stopped in on my home from Coudersport. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Food was good except the cinnamon twists. They were stale with barely any cinnamon and were horrible. I ate in and everything else was fine. Overall I would return again.

I rarely write reviews and rarely go to Taco Bell, but I need to commend good customer service because it’s rare these days. OWEN was very personable and seemed to actually care about his job- also rare these days. Whoever his boss is should definitely consider giving him a raise.

This has got to be the worst taco bell in the area, my last 4 orders in a row have been completely wrong. Each time I try to reach out there is no response to make it right. Ask me about the time I ordered from here and when I got home I found out someone had punched my burrito and it was smashed all inside the bag with its insides exploded.
Went in to be served. They were busy but didn’t have time to wait on us. Said they would appreciate us using the kios. We tried that and dint know how to use it. From now on we won’t use the Muncy Taco Bell. We went else where to eat. They didn’t only not get our service tonight but we’ll never go in again. Poor service and bad attitude.
