I rarely write reviews and rarely go to Taco Bell, but I need to commend good customer service because it’s rare these days. OWEN was very personable and seemed to actually care about his job- also rare these days. Whoever his boss is should definitely consider giving him a raise.

This has got to be the worst taco bell in the area, my last 4 orders in a row have been completely wrong. Each time I try to reach out there is no response to make it right. Ask me about the time I ordered from here and when I got home I found out someone had punched my burrito and it was smashed all inside the bag with its insides exploded.

Went in to be served. They were busy but didn’t have time to wait on us. Said they would appreciate us using the kios. We tried that and dint know how to use it. From now on we won’t use the Muncy Taco Bell. We went else where to eat. They didn’t only not get our service tonight but we’ll never go in again. Poor service and bad attitude.

Missing 1/3 of our order and the stuff we did get was half wrong
They had 5 cars in front of us PARKED still waiting, another car just sitting at the door waiting for food, and then orders pulling out of line because they were SO unorganized.

Oh My God! The place was dead, I walked inside and it took at 5 minutes before I saw an actual employee. They skimp on everything, the crunch wrap and taco and barrito i ordered BARELY had any beans in them. I was told that I only get one scoop of beans and believe me it was not even one scoop, it was more like less than half a teaspoon. I do not know who they were saving the food for because the parking lot was empty and no other customer came in for the 30 minutes I was there, and this was during lunch hour.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell the staff was extremely rude. They’re were these two teenage girls working one blonde girl with glasses the other a short brunette and they were filled with attitude and they were absolutely the rudest most disrespectful experience I have ever had with staff members. They also made our food super half ass.
