Hot fast food is a rarity. Some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. The baconators were hot and yummy too. It’s been a hot minute since we have eaten at a Wendy’s. Cute decor too. A fireplace with seating was a new spin. This was a pleasant surprise while traveling.

Had to go back because they forgot three items the first time we ordered in the drive thru. Went back to pick up what they forgot a few days later and Mike the manager had an attitude the entire time. The wait for our new order was absolutely ridiculous. Get together people!!

Sometimes this Wendys is great, but most of the time I'm frustrated. When they are busy, you pull up to the window and they are practically throwing food out of the window at you. They shoved the bags of food at me, and before I had a chance to do much with them, they were trying to hand me the drink tray with 4 medium drinks in it. The tray buckled while I was trying to put everything down, and 2 of the drinks landed on the floor. Then they couldn't decide if they got me all my food, and I'm trying to find out if I'm good to go or not. In the meantime, I've got soda all over the passenger floor of my car. Seriously people. I know you're busy, but throwing food and drink at people like that, trying to get them through the drive through as fast as possible, is stupid.

This location is mediocre at best. Food is wildly inconsistent - I always fine in and my burger is almost never hot. Fries are either overcooked or cold and soggy. I have to take something back to the counter and ask for new about 75% of the time. If I ask for a large frosty, I'm given a medium almost every time. I will say breakfast is typically great.
Aside from the quality - the service at this location sucks. I typically have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes, while the workers all glance at the front but never acknowledge the customers. The store is almost never particularly busy, with no more than two cars in the drive through at a time. It's especially annoying since they're always always overstaffed, with two of three people just standing around. If there was another Wendy's close to me, I would gladly go there instead.

The service was exceptional. Despite the immense traffic load and extreme business, and being understaffed, the Wendy’s team did an amazing job getting the orders done and food ready. The team leader, Tiffany, did an amazing job. Highly recommend.
