Then without having to ask she already hooked us up with apple pies and cookies instead and added some extra fries. Just good common sense solution to a minor problem. “The burger place is inside a bar (share the same entrance), so the environment sometimes is loud but you got beer to drink.

The burger is really good! Reasonable prices and the service is always very friendly. The sauce and applewood bacon are amazing.

Sometimes we come late but they are still willing to take us. I love their mushroom Swiss and sweet potato fries.“

“Excellent chicken fries and a very budget-friendly restaurant. I started coming here more often after my first visit with friends. The spicy chicken fries are delicious, perfectly crispy and flavorful. The combo french fries are great too. The prices are a really good deal for the amount of food you get.

Everything is served hot in paper containers, and they call your number when your order is ready. There’s also plenty of seating inside the restaurant.“

“I was introduced to Yaba's over the summer and immediately was drawn to the atmosphere. The menu has a good variety for anyone regardless of experience with Middle Eastern food. The staff was nice and truly appreciated any support or purchase. I brought a couple of friends back there and it was the same amazing experience and they said they would be back. You get good value for the food you purchase too! I absolutely recommend Yaba's.“

I miss some of the charm of the old vibe, but the Pub is in the hands of someone who appears to care about the place, while following her own vision. “This restaurant has street parking with a meter, quarters only. We did not have any quarters, had to go to the family dollar to buy something to get some. The restaurant is order at the counter then sit down and they bring it to you. The menu was small. The metal chairs are also small. We were coming in as 2 other tables were finishing up, I'm not sure why they do not have more customers. I ordered a salad. It was okay, I wasn't a fan of the cheese melted with the meat to a big sheet on top. My husband got the reuben and fries, my son got a smash burger with fries. My husband likes his choice, and my 13 year old did not like the flavor on the fries. We are visiting from out of state, I would say this is not a place that stands out as a must have for me. Also they do not sell alcohol, which did not matter to us. However another couple came in and left due to that.“

“My wife and I celebrated our 20th engagement anniversary this past Wednesday. In January 2006, I told my wife, back then girlfriend, I'd buy her a ring when the Steelers win the Super Bowl. It was the elusive one for the thumb - Super Bowl XL. I proposed the night before the big game at the overlook on Mt. Washington. We celebrated immediately after at the Grandview Saloon and had a wonderful night!

I did the same thing all over again 20 years later and the Grandview Saloon was excellent! Our meals were beyond sensational! The service, atmosphere, and view of the city made for a perfect evening!

“A wonderful addition to the mount. The atmosphere is upbeat. Industrial modern vibe with the decor. But the star is the food. The best fish sandwich in the Burgh. A prime rib sandwich on Mancini roll get an A with long sautéed onion and melted provolone. Hope others on Mt Washington and Duquesne Heights make it their go to spot.“

“Definitely, an experience took my grandmother out because the yard was closed, and we drove passes and saw a crowd of people. First, we thought it was a party because kids were playing in the middle of their yard and were able to find a parking space at the front very, very rare. She didn't want to sit outside, so we walked in. Both our faces were confused. One the beautiful employees from the first restaurant when you first walk in from the parking lot stopped what they were doing and explained the experience we was bout to have three separate restaurants in one building side-by-side each other three different menus and if you wanted to order from all three you could. It was very overwhelming, so we stuck with what we know chicken and salmon sandwich and fries with a salad from Elevate. There a twist to everything you buy, so if you bring your kids sn there funny about food, keep them home or head somewhere else you'll be wasting your money.“

“We love peppis! One of the best subs in the city for a great cost (even during an environment where everything has increased), theirs is minimally noticeable. Staff is great and always make you feel welcome with a joke or a laugh! Food is fresh, they use Mancinis rolls (iykyk). Tons of options, but my favorite will always be the cheesesteak! They have burgers, fries, etc! Indoor seating, fountain drinks, and bottled drinks available! Highly recommend!“

“We found this place during Covid and we order from them all the time! At least once a month for the last 2-3 years. The only thing I haven’t enjoyed are the Reuben rolls or balls. Absolutely love the loaded potato croquettes and the BEST Brussel sprouts ever. Please bring back the quesadilla with Mac and cheese and pulled pork. It was so good and it was my fiancés favorite. Everytime we order he asks if you guys put it back on the menu yet.“

After enjoying delicious made-in-house beef in the Allegheny Omelete served alongside potatoes (with the perfect amount of salt) and a side of horseradish sauce along with an order of fluffy scrambled eggs with made-in house-turkey, we deemed it one of the best breakfasts around! Our waitress was adorable, friendly, cheery, and after she described several of the upcoming week's specials, we decided to come back again in the next few days for lunch!!
