I always have a great experience coming here. The banana fosters shake is amazing, they have several single serve desserts to take home (chocolate dipped stroopwaffles and chocolate dipped strawberries), and gifts (chocolate boxes and bags of chocolate snacks to share). This is one of our favorite places.

We recently visited The Milkshake Factory in Pleasant Grove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and exceptional customer service made this visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. If you’re in Pleasant Grove, do yourself a favor and stop by The Milkshake Factory—you won’t be disappointed!

I personally think their milkshakes are really sweet for my liking but their chocolate bricks and Oreos are fantastic.
The service was the best I've ever had with the lady greeting us, telling us all the deals, explaining the drinks they had and offering us samples right away.
I would recommend checking this place out at least once but I'm going back again to try their strawberry shake.

This Ice Cream shop I must say is one of the best, I'm a dairy free user, so it was a relaxing sigh of relief to see multiple dairy free options available to people like myself! And if that was not enough, they also have chocolate bark and many other flavors and desserts that are absolutely incredible!! And as if that was not enough, the lady who took our food order was beyond friendly and very welcoming for us! I believe her name was Harmony..this shop made a PHENOMENAL choice hiring such a friendly and hard-working employee!!!

We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday here! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with yummy sundaes for the kids and a warm atmosphere for all of us to celebrate together. Kolby made the birthday girl feel very special by creating a special sundae just for her! We can’t say enough good things! The staff was friendly and a direct reflection of their awesome manager. The milkshake factory is a wonderful addition to the murrysville community!

Great people even better milk shakes !

Very delicious

Workers were patient and kind to us as first time (and out of state) customers. There was a redhead worker yesterday that gave excellent choices to help narrow down our options. Will 1000% come here again. The chocolate bark was delicious, and the shakes weren't heavy like you would've thought with lots of flavor.
