“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.“

“My gf and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted by our waitress, ERICKA. She was so sweet and very attentive. We ordered the salad bar (10/10) and each got a meal to go. She waited to put our order in so that we could get it hot and fresh before leaving.

During our meal, she brought us over freshly made corn dip and chips after we told her we hadn't gotten to try it!! Just went above and beyond and was very kind. ❤️“

“We had such a great experience at the Applebee’s in Murrysville! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and upbeat. A special shout-out to Haley B—she was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing.

The food was just as impressive. I ordered the Fiesta Chicken, and it was bursting with flavor—perfectly cooked and seasoned. My partner had the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with pepper chicken tenders, and it was rich, creamy, and downright delicious.

My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. The price of the wings scared me if I am being honest. But when they came out ai completely understand. You dont get a tiny wing, no you get the entire wing. Flat, drum and the tip. They are huge, they are cooked to absolute perfection. Amazing job guys“

“My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“

“I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I know everyone’s experience is different but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Sat down at 12:01 and had my food on my table at 12:15. My waitress asked several times if she could do anything else. And she was friendly. My worries for the bad reviews went away quickly.“
