“Neat little space. Initially drawn here by a Facebook event claiming “free jazz”. It was a musician playing a giant xylophone-esque instrument and ended up being a delightful time. I ordered a glass of wine and was served an extremely hefty pour (no complaints here). Our server was really kind and checked on us intermittently, and ended up chatting with us for a while. Hope to go back one day when it’s nice out for a sit on the patio as it was pouring down rain while we were there.“

“Brew Gentleman has always been a solid spot. We hadn't made our way out there for a bit but decided to check it out again. We were pleasantly surprised to see they changed it around a bit from the previous layout, and they added some nice touches. They always have a nice line up of styles, and their flagship beer is on tap. There is a beer garden around the back of the building that is not connected that provides additional space when the weather is nice. Four packs available on site to go. No food on site, but there is a food truck sometimes.“

“My wife's grandparents are from the hill country of Lebanon, and her "Sittee" made phenomenal food. I haven't had anything even close to her cooking until I went to Babylon. Friendly, courteous owner and staff, great service, and food that is out of this world. What more could you want?“

Tenderloin and pasta dinners were on point. Seating is the only area we seem to be challenged with when we go. Booths are always taken and end up in a less desirable table.“

“Our server was amazing! She had a group of over 100 people coming and going over a 2 hour span and she rocked it. I had the Cobb salad, which was light and tangy, very refreshing. The pickle chips were amazing! The batter on them was so good, it was tough to share! Great location by our hotel, huge patio area, and the weather was perfect that evening. I also heard the beer was pretty spectaular too. Great choice!“

“Loved our Mother's Day dinner. Especially enjoyed being in the smaller wine room. We thoroughly enjoyed the double cut lamb chops which I was able to share with my husband. We were sorry that there were no baked potatoes, but the creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were very good. Love Capital Grille in Naples, FL and Pittsburgh restaurant is equally good! ??“

“Hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. the steamed pork dumplings are addictive sometimes I'll just get 3 orders of those. Their Pad kee Mao is my favorite dish, the flat rice noodles hold the flavor amazingly and this is also the first Thai place I've ever encountered that a 10/10 spice is too much for me. 6-7 is so rich with spice without the overwhelming heat. I haven't had a single bad thing from here and have been going the for years now. best Thai food in Pittsburgh“

“I've always been a fan of Grist House brewing. They have some good barrel aged stouts when they put them out. Also the IPA's are pretty solid. They seem to have a ton of sours as well which people love. I like them, but they don't like me (sours that is). Great outdoor space. I however at times get annoyed with some of the enormous dogs people bring. I have no issue with dogs, let me say that, but people sometimes bring massive dogs and are clueless to the fact that they are blocking doorways and things. It's also a Penn State brewery which is cool. They have firefest every year and that is a great time. Food trucks daily. Parking sucks, all street parking.“

“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. “We celebrated my husband's birthday at Casbah yesterday. It was a wonderful dinner. Our server, TJ was absolutely wonderful--- professional, friendly, funny. We had our favorite dishes --- Calamari & Rock Shrimp, Swordfish and the Red Pepper Casarrece. We enjoyed the drinks especially the Negroni. We just love Casbah for all of our special occasions.“

“We were in town for a baseball tournament and we ordered pizza and wings. Let me tell something. I have tried wings from just about every place I go to and these wings were easily top 3 all time. Optimal spice and salt levels, impeccable broth flavor, good amounts of beef, and plenty of garnish. I went to Bae Bae's cafe earlier today and got a bahn mi and it was... hideous. Soft bread, almost no meat, and doused in way too much spicy mayo. I didn't get a bahn mi here at Maiku but I can already tell based on the quality of the pho that it would absolutely destroy Bae Bae's. Oh and the bahn mi at Maiku is $4 cheaper. The staff was personable and friendly. The environment is very casual which is how you know the food is legit. The food came out in less than 15 minutes. Overall this is easily the best food we've had in Pittsburgh so far.“
