All around, great food and great service. We tried the three spreads and they were excellent. Especially the red pepper one- it was bright orangey with a nice Smokey flavor to it. First time my wife and I dined at Casbah. It was a fabulous experience! We shared a few things on the menu which included the hummus (with this AMAZING warm chickpea flatbread), the grilled artichokes, the fried calamari and shrimp and the Long Island Duck entree....EVERY morsel was delicious.
