“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

This family not only knows how to make amazing tacos, burritos, etc., but they also know how to feed the soul of a community. From their donation based coffee station to their pay it forward meals to their community meals at the end of the day when they have some extra ingredients, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. If you are craving anything on their menu, you won’t be disappointed. This is a must visit establishment when in the neighborhood.“

“When I lived in Pittsburgh years ago I visited this plane a couple times per year. It was always delicious Thai food. Now I come back nearly 15 years later and not only is it just as good, it is absolutely amazing and blew me out of the water. The quality of the food, the way it was prepared, the spices, the presentation, all around five out of five stars. Bravo. We had a hard time deciding what to eat, there were so many delicious options on the menu. We decided on the Massaman curry with lamb shank, the Halibut, the 17ingredient salad, and the yellow curry. Believe me when I tell you, you can't go wrong with any of those selections. It was cooked and prepared to perfection. The ambiance is also great whether you're alone or on date night. The drinks are top notch.“

“I love the amount of real spices they use in their curries. I can tell that the restaurant has a great quality of food. I am very sensitive to (hot) spices, but I want to enjoy the flavors of Indian food. If I ask for a 0 the spice level feels too hot for me. Last time I came, I asked for them to adjust the spice level to be milder than 0. They were able to reduce the heat in the dish to levels I could handle without reducing the flavor. I have not dined in at this restaurant, but enjoy the ambience of the place. It is clean and the decor is eye catching.“

“My family went for lunch on Saturday, the place was absolutely packed! And for good reason, the food was absolutely delicious! And the service we received from our waiter was perfect. Elijah was very attentive and always happy to meet my toddlers many requests 😅 Also would like to add that even though they were super busy, it took them less than 10 minutes to get us seated and the food didn’t take long to come out at all. All the food was hot and fresh, even the strawberries were freshly cut. We will definitely be spending many more breakfast and lunch dates here!“

Pasta was cold, filet not prepared correctly then given back to me burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. We were so very disappointed. $200 wasted and I walked away hungry. “I live around the corner from Cilantro & Ajo & somehow have missed it for who knows how long (becsuse I always the other direction on Carson). A great discovery. Food that's not American, a little exotic -- not trying hard to be fancy. A fun place. I had the Reina Pepiada Arepa & would have it again. Flan for dessert. Very good. On Sunday they have a meaty soup that is reserved for Sunday & which reminded me of when I lived in Nicaragua for two months, many years ago, with a family. This soup was a Sunday special for the family.“

Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! “They have so many beers to choose from that I felt like a kid in a toy store, but with the major advantage that here nobody judges you for starting to drink at two in the afternoon. My absolute favorite was the Gristly Bear Brown followed closely by the Porter, though with such a huge variety there are options for every taste and level of thirst. Since trying them all at once is a one-way ticket to talking to aliens, getting a flight is the best scientific strategy. The cocktails, on the other hand, are better left alone unless you want to put your tolerance for liquid regret to the test. Outside they have a lifesaver food truck just in case hunger strikes and you need to absorb the alcohol with some dignity. They accept card payments, but if you pay in cash they give you a discount that makes it totally worth digging through your couch cushions.“
