Amazing staff Dale The best bartender. Atmosphere modern urban. Parking limited. But service and staffing makes this place. Stop in!!!!! This is a must hit location. Beer is phenomenal.

Hitchhiker Brewing - Brewery & Tap Room is a cool spot with friendly people and exceptional beers. Their "Under the Radar" black IPA is a standout, while they also offer a truly unique sour beer experience that showcases great craftsmanship. The atmosphere is modern urban and relaxed, with a nice vibe both inside and outside, including a spacious outdoor seating area. The staff is helpful, friendly, and energetic, making visitors feel welcome. The brewery features great bartenders, board games, a food truck, and clean facilities. The beer list is huge, with very creative and flavorful sours. Hitchhiker kills the sour/sour smoothie game with super interesting combinations. Beer ice cream is unique and surprisingly delicious. Parking can be limited, but there is usually plenty of neighborhood street parking on the weekends. Overall, the experience is super chill and fun, making it a must-visit location for craft beer enthusiasts.
