I live in Berks so I don't make my way out here much, but today I did and stopped here on my way to my Mom's. Got the Dunkin Midnight for the first time and really enjoyed the flavor. My main reason for the review is because a lot of the times when I get coffee, I either put a little ice in it to make it drinkable temp, or just wait. Super loud inside
Alicia is new she said it’s her 3rd day there. i have never met someone so nice. every time i go the people there are rude and never have a smile on there face even when i go inside to order and have cash to pay i have to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to even ask if i need help. so seeing someone that is actually happy to work and help people is amazing.

Dunkin' Donuts in Myerstown offers coffee and donuts. Great service even when arriving 10 minutes before closing. The girl at the drive‑through seemed tired, but the drink was very good. Employees need to smile and not show stress, clean each table after use, and keep the outside free of trash. The grand opening gave free coupons for coffee for a whole year. Many people order coffees here with no issues; everything tastes great and is made correctly. Some customers report a chaotic atmosphere during busy hours, especially with the self‑service system and many young employees. One order of a caramel latte, a tea, and a Boston cream donut had a missing latte, but the donut was fresh and the drinks were good once completed. Mobile orders are almost always ready when people arrive. Overall, the place is clean, well‑maintained, and improving, with friendly staff who are pleasant, prompt, and professional.
