We look forward to Maureen's opening day and mourn when it closes for the season. They have my favorite chili dog in the whole valley! In the summer it’s nice and cool to sit by the creek and enjoy their amazing ice cream :)

Best Ice Cream and Lots of choices too! Honestly, all we ever get is the ice cream, Peach Smoothies (which has the most AMAZING taste) and hot dogs- all of which are a great treat. My husband even ended up with a Maureen's Shirt! One day we'll have to try more of their menu items!

used to recommend going here all the time, but they've raised the prices to a point where it doesn't make sense to give them service anymore. this is made especially true when there are other ice cream stands in the area that are 25% or more cheaper.

I regret to inform you that I have observed several instances of concerning food safety practices at what was a part-time job. ? Despite my 20+ years of experience in food safety and management, it seems like these practices are not being followed. ?
Most recently, the manager (a sister) dropped a hot dog on the floor while making an order. ? Instead of throwing it away, she picked it up, put it back in the fryer, and served it to the customer! ?
This is totally unacceptable! ? ? All employees should get proper training and follow strict food handling protocols to keep our customers safe. ?️
And let's not forget about customer service. ? They think they're always right and never make mistakes. If you have a problem with your order, be ready to be treated like dirt. ? The prices are crazy high, and the products are not even that good. ??
*edit Since my review, I have been threatened, bad mouthed to many friends, and completely disrespected. It's a shame the lengths some people will go to to hide their behavior. I post many honest reviews, good and bad. They were not singled out! This is an honest account of what transpired while I was there.

Extremely poor customer service staff very rude when we asked about the status of four hotdogs two fries after waiting 25 minutes. apparently they could not handle three orders at once.
