The place is outdated but good, the apps are awesome. When we went a lot of stuff on the menu wasn't available and it was just a little slower than I would like.

Grew up in Natrona Heights, have eaten here for years & totally wanna support local businesses, but what a huge disappointment! Last night my friend ordered stuffed chicken breast. It came covered in a "gravy" that was transparent. It was colorless! How a cook could plate that is beyond me. Looked like corn starch glue. You could have at least thrown in some yellow food coloring and PRETEND it was made from real chicken stock, but that was how they chose to plate it and serve it and she said it was tasteless. I ordered a bowl of vegetable beef soup and received a bowl of broth. There is no WAY the cook didn't know there was very little vegs or meat in it. Would have been better to say they were sold out, than to give a bowl of 95% broth. The breaded mushrooms were great. The bar drinks were delicious and our Waitress was great. None of that made up for the sub par food. The Anchor has been a hometown staple for so many years, and has always been known for excellent home cooked meals. This was a big surprise and a major disappointment. They could have done A LOT better. Think we're gonna stay away for awhile.

The servers here are great. Both ladies that took care of us were very friendly and made great suggestions. The food is great and they have a huge selection. Highly recommend. One thing to note is the steep stairs you have to climb to get to the main entrance. This may be difficult for a handicap person.

I went to this place once. I never went back. The menu is almost 100 items. Everything was frozen. Nothing was fresh. There is nothing fancy about this place except the fact it was shut down from the did industry for bugs and uncleanliness. You’re better off going somewhere else. They don’t even make soups from scratch.

Food was good. Will definitely be back. First time there so it was a little confusing which door to go in. Went in where we parked and was escorted around the building by the friendly staff to the restaurant. Large curbs in the parking lot. We had to back out a good distance during high dinner time since there was no exit other that to drive off a curb. Some some signage would be helpful. Otherwise the food was good and service was quick. Will be back again.

Parking: Watch pulling out of their parking lot. We had to back out of our spot since there was only one way in and out without driving off a very large curb.
