Placed an order at this location for pickup at around 8:00 and received an email that they confirmed my order. The restaurant closes at 9:00. When I arrived the doors were locked and noone greeted at the drive thru. I called them and all they told me was that they were closed. I asked about a refund and they said I'd have to file a ticket through the app. I asked to speak to a manager but they said they weren't there. I filed a ticket and according the the site someone will reach out to be and refunds can take 7 days. Horrible service.

The food is consistently good, the drve through was slow- go and they were not busy.
Waited very long in the drive thru. She asked if I wanted sauce, I told her yes please horsey. I got no sauce!

If I could leave this place zero stars I would. My husband and I pulled up to the window and the lady was rude as hell and said “what do you want?” with the most attitude I have heard in a while. My husband asked if we could have a few seconds to look at the menu and she replied “fine”. I am sorry that I had no idea what I wanted. You lost our business. Will be going to the one in Sarver where everyone is nice and the food actually tastes good. Maybe you need an attitude check. Left the drive thru. Didn’t even order after that.
