Me and my boyfriend came in for a quick breakfast date before work. The older woman that works the counter was miserable to us and when we asked for the drinks instead of politely telling us it wasn't part of the deal she just said "it's extra" in a rude voice. When we asked for a water she kind of scoffed and made us feel cheap for not wanting to buy a 2$ bottle of water if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere DONT GO HERE.

This donut shop is the cleanest and most taken care of donut shops you can ever hope for! The owner and her family are extremely friendly and very attentive. The customer base is also a friendly group,I feel like I'm at the barbers. The conversations are very interesting. Don't pass up this gem it's not just coffee and donut but meeting interesting customers for a nice conversation. Great place, family owned genuine, good-hearted people!

the donut connection in natrona heights is my favourite go to cafe. if you are a iced coffee lover they automatically give you COFFEE ICE CUBES ?? they actually mix your creamer and coffee unlike starbucks and DONT care you for nondairy creamer substitutes. the donuts are huge and fresh. the bagel breakfast sandwhich is lovely. family owned and operated.

Zero customer service. Went in today with my Daughter to buy biscotti because we really like theirs But stood and waited long time to get waited on since having a conversation with other people was more important than even acknowledging our presence we didn’t even get a hello it’s as if we were nothing but a shadow Ignored!!!!Finally get waited on and then asked to get service in another area of the store and then to get complete attitude even still. I don’t believe rolling your eyes at customers qualifies as “good customer service”. We left and will not go back. Go to the donut connection by Tarentum bridge road. Much better. Ridiculous

The freshest donuts I ever ate in my entire life!! Donuts at other shops are stale tasting but NOT theirs!! The donuts are "fluffy" big and a good amount of icing on them!! Very impressed!! You guys are the real deal!!

Went here the last day they were open in 2023 to get coffee. We live in WV so this was a far drive and had to be in Freeport for 10am for a funeral. I understand the holidays and people picking up trays. When it was our turn in line, the lady working seemed polite to start but when we asked for 4 bags of coffee and she offered to grind it is when things went south. When on the second bag worth of beans, she was on the phone with someone and told them she had to grind 4lbs of coffee and the woman on the phone said "oh that sucks I'm sorry". Only reason we heard it was because she had them on speakerphone. Her tone and everything changed towards us. But everyone else that she recognized she was polite to. It was like we inconvenienced her and she actually had to do work instead of stand around and talk to people.The other person working, looked like a younger man, was almost running around to help people and was polite no matter what.Other than this, the coffee was ground too small and there's a good inch of grounds left in the bottom of the cup.But, other than all of that, the coffee smells good. Don't think I will go out of my way to show up here again just for ground coffee.
Absolutely love this shop and the family who owns it-- picked up breakfast around 6/6:30 AM the past two days for a film set and staff was so kind. Highly reccomend supporting this location.
