Been coming here for years with no issues. Been using a coupon card we bought for a fundraiser at the beginning of 2025, to get $1 off a dozen donuts. Today the lady states she doesn't accept that coupon. They have been accepted all year! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service over a $1 coupon.

Hands down BEST donuts around! I have never been disappointed. They are always fresh and soft and absolutely delicious! The staff is always friendly and nice to chat with. I picked up a dozen today for the last day of school and they were so perfect and delicious I had to eat one on the way home. Love going here! 🍩🍩🍩♥️♥️♥️

Me and my boyfriend came in for a quick breakfast date before work. The older woman that works the counter was miserable to us and when we asked for the drinks instead of politely telling us it wasn't part of the deal she just said "it's extra" in a rude voice. When we asked for a water she kind of scoffed and made us feel cheap for not wanting to buy a 2$ bottle of water if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere DONT GO HERE.

This donut shop is the cleanest and most taken care of donut shops you can ever hope for! The owner and her family are extremely friendly and very attentive. The customer base is also a friendly group,I feel like I'm at the barbers. The conversations are very interesting. Don't pass up this gem it's not just coffee and donut but meeting interesting customers for a nice conversation. Great place, family owned genuine, good-hearted people!
the donut connection in natrona heights is my favourite go to cafe. if you are a iced coffee lover they automatically give you COFFEE ICE CUBES ?? they actually mix your creamer and coffee unlike starbucks and DONT care you for nondairy creamer substitutes. the donuts are huge and fresh. the bagel breakfast sandwhich is lovely. family owned and operated.

Zero customer service. Went in today with my Daughter to buy biscotti because we really like theirs But stood and waited long time to get waited on since having a conversation with other people was more important than even acknowledging our presence we didn’t even get a hello it’s as if we were nothing but a shadow Ignored!!!!Finally get waited on and then asked to get service in another area of the store and then to get complete attitude even still. I don’t believe rolling your eyes at customers qualifies as “good customer service”. We left and will not go back. Go to the donut connection by Tarentum bridge road. Much better. Ridiculous

The freshest donuts I ever ate in my entire life!! Donuts at other shops are stale tasting but NOT theirs!! The donuts are "fluffy" big and a good amount of icing on them!! Very impressed!! You guys are the real deal!!
