In town from Ohio for calling hours. 1st time to eat here. Fast seating, food good and hot. Reasonably priced too. I'd go again if in area.

Nevaeh was our waitress. She was great. You know when you ask for extra ranch or napkins and they give you 2 after you've asked 3 times, our waitress got it immediately. This is important. Then she apologized for taking so long on a milkshake which took her 3 minutes. 😐 This girl could definitely train others in the service industry on how to treat customers. A+++

Cannot complain at all about the servers here, the kitchen is another story. I got the grilled cheese italiano, which was just barely warmed, the cheese was not melted and by the time I got to the second half of the sandwich it was cold. My wife got the BBQ bacon burger which was only held together by the toothpick. It fell apart when she took out the toothpick. For a side she got fresh cut fruit. She could tell it was freshly cut because it wasn't even ripe yet

Food quality has been really bad the past year at Natrona Heights location It is either burned undercooked or hardly anything or missing something or completely wrong The past couple orders this has happened I would just stay away from this location How do you serve bacon that is burned to a crisp on one end and raw in the other ?!

I guess Eat n Park doesn't have any idea of who is delivering what, where. We ordered about 50 bucks in food and it wasn't delivered, called and they said you have to call door dash,we called door dash idiots,they tell us we have to call and cancel the order, oh yeah and I guess door dash has their customer service in, you guessed it, New Delhi, India.. She told us to call eat n Park.. Then the new Delhi lady said they delivered to the wrong house and left... Needless to say, we got a refund, but I'll never order for delivery ever again.. Wise up and deliver your own food, the people that work here know the area, a delivery driver that lives in the area equipped with the Latest tech called G.P.S. should easily find the addresses.. Thanks for nothing..
We utilized take out through the pickup window. The person at the window was so friendly and double checked my order at the window with me to ensure everything was there. She asked if we needed anything else before we left!
