Dine in on Saturday is supposed to be open until midnight. Arrived at 10:30 and they have all of the doors locked. 0 stars

No cars in the drive through and waited over 30min for a mobile order. I think this place is way understaffed and it has gotten worse over the last month. Just go somewhere else in the evening.

I went to use my mobile app to get my free Big Mac. I scanned my code it did not go through so Logan typed it in and call me by my first name. On the way out I asked where my Big Mac was and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault I must have hit the wrong button and wanted the points and I did not I wanted the Big Mac that's why my 12-year-old and I were here. Then jayla who must work here Cameron and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that I refreshed the page no I didn't and it was well it just didn't go through yes it went through because he said my name you use it to get points no I didn't I opened the app in front of him while she was laughing at me with all her friends who sit there all day long and make fun of people because I've been in here plenty of times and they're always sitting there making fun of people but when I asked the manager didn't come out to see what was going on or try to diffuse the situation she just stayed where she was at no worries why I have Logan and jayla telling me that it is my fault sorry about your luck better next time while laughing at me. But I guess that's what managers do now avoid confrontation screw the customer we don't need to worry about him he'll just leave eventually well yes I did leave and I did report this to corporate because I don't appreciate being laughed at after being scammed and that's what they did I have used his mobile app a lot and nothing is ever happened now all the sudden it's all my fault they didn't even bother to try to figure out what was wrong oh and I was informed by jala but the app does that sometimes and she's trying to tell me this while I'm not laughing because all her friends were sitting there she has to look like a certain type of person in the manager should have came out to see what was going on but maybe she likes young people making fun of her customers and they do make fun of people when they come in I am sitting right front and I can see those young people some of them laughing at the customer who just walked in because I saw them turn their head but if this is what McDonald's is I don't want to have any part of it at all they actually have a manager not bother at all and then having two employees laugh at you and tell you it's your fault it's sad that this is allowed at this McDonald's I've been coming here for 50 plus years and now I just get laughed at that there's an issue in the manager doesn't want to be bothered

Placed an order for breakfast before the cut off at 11 am and they refused to make it. This is ridiculous, I had to pull off because the didnāt have it ready, fine. So they leave us waiting for 15 minutes just to refuse to make the order. This location is run by teenagers and donāt have a competent manager.

The manager and employees just completely don't care at this location I asked for fresh fries and he went back and dipped my fries in the grease and put them in the bag with grease filling the bottom of the bag and the fries were still soggy. After he told me no fries were down he turned around within 1 minute and 5 seconds with a new bag of fries only to find out he dipped them in the grease and they were soggy extremely greasy.. Very rude do not go to this location.
In store closes early, sometimes in the morning thereās a line out in the road for the drive through. Place seems very under staffed.

I've given up on this McDonald's . Every time I go there the frys are not hot , their just nasty , you can tell they have sat for way to long . The crew are barely trained .they can't make change correctly. And the nasty manager is quite a site just so nasty ! I love McDonald's but I'm never going back to this one !

I was there today 9:50, received my food at 10 the women working with a short bob a regular clothes on was completely rude. She was yelling and cursing at the back and threw mine and other peoples orders right on the counter. Her attitude was an absolute joke and the way all the customers were treated was unfair. I work in foo service so I understand the frustration of being busy and trying to keep up, but to act like that in front of everyone is honestly embarrassing
