Probably the worst Taco Bell in existence. Between incompetent management and workers who don’t care. Food was burnt. None of it was right - literally ordered a chicken taco with just chicken. JUST CHICKEN- nothing else. Repeated it several times. Ended up with loaded tacos. Great for people who have allergies- When ordering at the drive through, the girl was rude, didn’t even get the order right and acted like everything was a bother. Save time and go somewhere else

This restaurant was filthy, every inch of it. Tabletops to floors. Bathrooms also filthy. Staff was pleasant but management needs to step it up.

Would give zero stars. Made me wait 15 minutes for my food in the parking lot. Then gave me the wrong food (ordered chicken, I’m pollo vegetarian) Tried to call them to get my money back as I paid extra money to have chicken. Had called 5 times before they answered the phone. They then told me I would be refunded. They called my phone back 3 minutes later and told me that they can’t refund mobile orders and I won’t get my money back. Thanks Taco Bell! Won’t be back.

Went a was in the drive through around 1145 pm. 5 other cars in the drive through! Took for ever! They are suppose the close at 1. Ordered a taco box and only got one taco went back through the drive through to speak to Lisa about only receiving one taco and she said they don’t have enough food and the shut the kitchen equipment off already. Asked for a manager and she then said he went home. The proceeded to close the window on us. Went to the Taco Bell in new Ken and other customers were there complaining about the same thing. Staff is rude especially Lisa. Needs to learn how to treat people and customer service. Never will go to that one again!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Customer service sucks. Very rude taking my order and constantly yelling. Insulted me for one and then for two cussing me out and then proceeding to not ring me out and give me an issue with giving my money back blows my mind. Worst Taco Bell chain out here.

I BOUGHT 20 STRAIGHT SHREDDED CHEESE AND BEANS WELL ATE THEM GOT VIOLENTLY ILL AND HAD TO GO TO ER DUE PROJECTILE VOMITING 6 STRAIGHT HOURS THEY REFUSE GIVE NUMBER TO MANAGER OR CORPORATE STATING IS POLICY WHICH IS VIOLATION OF LAW.0

Have given this restaurant the benefit of doubt by going back 3 times...every time my grandchild asks for a taco with meat and lettuce and the screen specifically says no cheese we arrive home with tacos with meat and cheese....no lettuce.. and I spend $11-15 each time for my dogs to eat them, then I have to cook the kids something at home....how is it so difficult to do 1 simple job???

Stood at the counter and they just ignored me, left me standing and wouldn’t take my order, even after I asked they kept ignoring me, the people are very rude, I don’t recommend this place at all. After about 20 minutes I walked out. I won’t be going back.
