i have been waiting in the drive through for over and hour and a half on 1/20/26. and this isn’t the first time either. they always forget something when i place a mobile order. when you do get your food everything is always spilled out of the bag and a complete mess. and when you get to the window they say “pull up we’ll have your food out” then proceed to make you wait another 15 minutes. they do that because they are timed with the service in the drive through. definitely would NOT recommend coming here.

Went into restaurant to do a take out. 1. I heard the f word used multiple times
I didn't receive my sauces I ordered. My chicken Quesadilla had the sauce all over instead of inside and also stuck to the paper when I tried to pull apart to eat.
The restaurant atmosphere made me feel like it didn't matter as I could see 3 to 4 people in a break room I assume. Not sure what happened to the customer service at this location. I'm very disappointed.

Food was great until i got my what was supposed to be spicy ranch cheese wrap until i took my antzed up bite of that john then there was no ranch on it, then the manager/girl in taco bell puffer jacket came up to us complaining for no reason she was mean for what ??? bro jus tryna get his food.

I shouldn't even give a star as my 3 cheese chicken flatbread didn't say add tomatoes. I'm allergic to tomatoes. Thank god I check my food before I eat it. Why is it that every taco no employee can learn to read. If it says lettuce extra cheese sour cream no chipotle sauce then it should have that on it. I even put a pic of what it says on it. Tomatoes no. I'm allergic to them.

Once I finally received service at the counter, the cashier was friendly. But teamwork definitely isn’t their strong suit — long lines, an even longer wait, and a few missing items. We still go back, though, because my daughter loves Taco Bell like it’s her lifeline.

Management as effectively made this Taco Bell location a horrible experience, lowered the quality of food, workers moral, and enviroment. If you get your order in a timely manner be prepared to hear every swear word in the book. They belittle the customer, each other and management. My advice is to check everything before leaving the building as 9 times out of 10 something is missing or made wrong.
